Major renovation of the club building in Khmilnyk village
New construction under the project "New construction of a general family medicine outpatient clinic at the address: Khmilnyk village, B/N, Beregov district, Zakarpattia region" includes the implementation of design work, project expertise, coordination and approval of the project, as well as construction work (new construction), purchase of equipment, furniture and inventory. The main goal of the project is the construction of a separate medical infrastructure facility in the village. Khmilnyk, Beregov district, Zakarpattia region, where, as of today, primary medical care for the village residents is provided in the premises located in the building of the cultural center of the village of Khmilnyk. Also, through the construction of the outpatient clinic, it is planned to provide medical services to the residents of Volovytsia, where there is currently no medical and obstetrics clinic, and Bogarevytsia, whose medical and obstetrics clinic is located in the cultural center building. In general, it is planned to serve a population of 1,845 residents. Primary medical care for residents of the above-mentioned villages and internally displaced persons is provided by six general family medicine practitioners. In addition, the purpose of implementing this project is the following goals: - to create modern conditions for the provision of quality medical services by building a general family medicine outpatient clinic; - to ensure proper sanitary conditions for medical care for the population; - to improve the working conditions of medical personnel; - to improve the material and technical base of the institution; - to improve the social standards of life of citizens in rural areas, including IDPs;

Major renovation of the basement and the simplest shelter of the Kamyansk Lyceum of the Kamyansk Village Council, Beregivskyi District, Zakarpattia Oblast, at the address: Kamyansk village, Mukachivska St., 4
The project includes engineering and technical measures for civil protection, zoning of the territory is provided in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.1.2 4:2019, and decisions are made to minimize the occurrence of emergencies. Planning and design solutions for external entrances provide the necessary protection of internal premises from the effects of conventional means of destruction, excluding the possibility of direct hit of bullets, fragments of grenades, air bombs and artillery ammunition in these premises. Dual-purpose structures with protective properties of the PRU group - P-5 (protection factor 100, excess pressure 200 kPa) are being constructed at the facility, and a control point is provided. The total capacity of the SPP with the properties of the PRU is 288 people, and it is equipped with two external entrances and exits. Constructive elements The mark of the existing floor level of the basement floor is taken as 0.000. The existing lyceum building is a 2-story building of irregular shape in plan, the shelter occupies part of the basement, the walls of the basement floor are made of concrete wall blocks, the partitions are brick. The walls of the 1st-2nd floors are made of ceramic bricks. The height of the premises is 2.30 m to the floor slabs. The height of the premises of the 1st-2nd floors is 3.30 m. The interfloor ceiling is made of round hollow slabs, the roof of the building is hipped. The floors of the basement floor are cement screed, in some places there is no cement screed. The entrance doors are existing metal-plastic. The existing load-bearing walls and structures are in satisfactory condition and are suitable for further operation. The reconstruction of the construction object is carried out within the existing basement walls. Partitions in the bathrooms are designed from ordinary solid brick, grade KRPv 1NF-M100-1650- F-15-1 (DSTU B V. 2.7-61-2008), on cement-sand mortar M 50. Rolled metal lintels are designed. The doorways of the entrances are filled with protective doors made of non-combustible material, which have the bearing capacity to hold the load from the excess pressure of the blast wave, which corresponds to the protective properties of the SPP with the protective properties of the PRU. The walls are plastered with lime-sand mortar and adhesive painting, the ceilings are grouted and adhesive painting. Floors made of epoxy bulk coating ESP-703.

Major renovation of the dining hall of the Kamiansky Lyceum of the Kamiansky Village Council of the Beregov district of the Transcarpathian region and provision of meals for students through catering services
Reconstruction without changing the foundations in plan. Structural scheme - a complex structure, with an incomplete transverse frame and load-bearing external walls. The body of the catering unit is simple in plan, in the form of a rectangle. Overall dimensions in axes 1-4 x A-G: 9.58x24.61 m. Number of floors - 1 (available attic space). Height of premises - H = 4.56-4.75 m. List of main works: - dismantling of the stage and auxiliary premises. - partial redevelopment of premises; - replacement of wooden windows/doors with metal-plastic, energy-efficient ones (2-chamber double-glazed windows, 5-chamber frames); - repair of premises decoration (including a new floor structure with insulation); - replacement of technological equipment of the catering unit; - installation of local treatment facilities of the Biotal type; - installation of a new internal water supply network (from the existing inlet); installation of a new ventilation system; - partial repair/installation of the heating system; installation of a fire alarm system; - repair/replacement of the electrical network. After installing new window and door blocks, insulate the external slopes with extruded polystyrene foam (EPS) 20 mm thick and decorate with decorative plaster with painting in accordance with the existing facade. The internal surfaces of the walls and partitions are decorated with plaster with puttying on a fiberglass mesh with subsequent improved water-based painting. In the bathrooms, ceramic tiles are arranged to the full height of the walls. The floor covering of all rooms is ceramic tiles. The ceilings in the designed rooms are made of suspended - from moisture-resistant GKL with painting

The project developed: - A mini-football field with overall dimensions of 23.6 m x 42.0 m; - A multifunctional court for playing basketball and volleyball with overall dimensions of 17.8 m x 31.0 m; - Changing sheds with dimensions of 5.4 m x 1.2 m (2 pcs.); - Telescopic stands for 66 seats (2 pcs.); - A sports field with overall dimensions of 10.98 m x 8.78 m; - A sports field with overall dimensions of 10.98 m x 12.78 m; - Reinforced concrete retaining walls, stairs and ramps; - Paving of platforms, paths and driveways with FEM paving stones; - Landscaping; - Fencing of the ZZSO area Mini-football field. The project has developed a mini-football field with overall dimensions of 23.6 x 42.0 m. The area occupied by the sports field is - 991.20 m2. The dimensions of the playing field - 20 x 40 m. The field is designed for playing mini-football (10 players). The dimensions of the changing sheds - 5.4 x 1.2 m. (2 pcs.) An artificial grass covering with a pile length of 20 mm is arranged for the field. The fencing of the field is made of a sectional metal mesh "Kozachka" 200x50x4 mm covered with PVC on a painted metal frame with a height of 3 and 4.5 m. 2 Sports fields. The project has developed two sports fields on which outdoor sports simulators are installed. Overall dimensions of the playgrounds - 10.98 m x 8.78 m; 10.98 m x 12.78 m. The area occupied by the sports grounds is 236.73 m2. An artificial surface of rubber tiles with a thickness of 40 mm is arranged for the playgrounds. Install embedded parts under the equipment (sports simulators). Multifunctional playground for playing basketball, volleyball. The project has developed a playground for playing basketball, volleyball and other team games with overall dimensions of 17.8 m x 31.0 m. The area occupied by the sports ground is 551.80 m2. The dimensions of the playing field - 15 x 28 m. An artificial surface of rubber tiles (15 mm) on glue is arranged for the playground. The playground fencing is made of sectional metal mesh "Kozachka" 200x50x4 mm PVC-coated on a painted metal frame with a height of 3 and 4.5 m. Telescopic stands for 66 seats. Telescopic stands (finished product) are arranged to optimize the space between sports grounds. When holding events, the telescopic stands are moved apart, forming a spectator space. At other times, the "bleachers" fold into a compact structure, freeing up space. These structures are mounted on installed embedded parts.

Purchase of gymnastic equipment and a play complex for young children
The working project provides for:- arrangement of the base for the artificial (rubber slabs) covering of the sports ground;- - arrangement of the artificial covering of the ground; arrangement of paths with FEM to the ground; arrangement of sports and children's play equipment, benches, and urns. Structural solutions: · · Coating - soft rubber slabs measuring 500x500 mm and 30 mm thick, installed dry. The base for the artificial covering -ndash; base of compacted soil, base of crushed stone of fraction 20-40 12 cm thick, reinforced concrete slab 10 cm thick of concrete of grade C12/15 and reinforcement Ø6 class A240S. The site is provided with the arrangement of two paths with a FEM coating. The pedestrian path is covered with concrete paving slabs of the FEM type. The width of the sidewalk is 1.5 m. The paving stones are arranged 6 cm high on a cement-sand mixture with a composition of 1:3 and a thickness of 5 cm. Before the arrangement of the cement-sand mixture, a base of crushed stone of fraction 20-40 mm. 10 cm thick is arranged on the compacted soil.
