New construction under the project "New construction of a general family medicine outpatient clinic at the address: Khmilnyk village, B/N, Beregov district, Zakarpattia region" includes the implementation of design work, project expertise, coordination and approval of the project, as well as construction work (new construction), purchase of equipment, furniture and inventory. The main goal of the project is the construction of a separate medical infrastructure facility in the village. Khmilnyk, Beregov district, Zakarpattia region, where, as of today, primary medical care for the village residents is provided in the premises located in the building of the cultural center of the village of Khmilnyk. Also, through the construction of the outpatient clinic, it is planned to provide medical services to the residents of Volovytsia, where there is currently no medical and obstetrics clinic, and Bogarevytsia, whose medical and obstetrics clinic is located in the cultural center building. In general, it is planned to serve a population of 1,845 residents. Primary medical care for residents of the above-mentioned villages and internally displaced persons is provided by six general family medicine practitioners. In addition, the purpose of implementing this project is the following goals: - to create modern conditions for the provision of quality medical services by building a general family medicine outpatient clinic; - to ensure proper sanitary conditions for medical care for the population; - to improve the working conditions of medical personnel; - to improve the material and technical base of the institution; - to improve the social standards of life of citizens in rural areas, including IDPs;
