The project includes engineering and technical measures for civil protection, zoning of the territory is provided in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.1.2 4:2019, and decisions are made to minimize the occurrence of emergencies. Planning and design solutions for external entrances provide the necessary protection of internal premises from the effects of conventional means of destruction, excluding the possibility of direct hit of bullets, fragments of grenades, air bombs and artillery ammunition in these premises. Dual-purpose structures with protective properties of the PRU group - P-5 (protection factor 100, excess pressure 200 kPa) are being constructed at the facility, and a control point is provided. The total capacity of the SPP with the properties of the PRU is 288 people, and it is equipped with two external entrances and exits.
Constructive elements
The mark of the existing floor level of the basement floor is taken as 0.000. The existing lyceum building is a 2-story building of irregular shape in plan, the shelter occupies part of the basement, the walls of the basement floor are made of concrete wall blocks, the partitions are brick. The walls of the 1st-2nd floors are made of ceramic bricks. The height of the premises is 2.30 m to the floor slabs. The height of the premises of the 1st-2nd floors is 3.30 m. The interfloor ceiling is made of round hollow slabs, the roof of the building is hipped. The floors of the basement floor are cement screed, in some places there is no cement screed. The entrance doors are existing metal-plastic. The existing load-bearing walls and structures are in satisfactory condition and are suitable for further operation. The reconstruction of the construction object is carried out within the existing basement walls. Partitions in the bathrooms are designed from ordinary solid brick, grade KRPv 1NF-M100-1650- F-15-1 (DSTU B V. 2.7-61-2008), on cement-sand mortar M 50. Rolled metal lintels are designed. The doorways of the entrances are filled with protective doors made of non-combustible material, which have the bearing capacity to hold the load from the excess pressure of the blast wave, which corresponds to the protective properties of the SPP with the protective properties of the PRU. The walls are plastered with lime-sand mortar and adhesive painting, the ceilings are grouted and adhesive painting. Floors made of epoxy bulk coating ESP-703.
