The technical solution of the project involves the implementation of major repairs and the implementation of a modern comprehensive fire protection system in the premises of the Novokaterinivsky Lyceum of the Stepivskyi Village Council of the Mykolaiv district of the Mykolaiv region. The solution was developed in accordance with the requirements of current regulatory documents, in particular DBN V.2.5-56:2014, DBN V.1.1-7:2016, DSTU EN 54 (series) and the Fire Safety Rules in Ukraine. The basis of the technical solution is an addressable automatic fire alarm system based on the Tiras PRIME A receiving and control device, which provides centralized monitoring of the state of fire safety, processing of alarm signals and control of other elements of the system. The system is designed with a capacity reserve of at least 10%, which guarantees its reliability and the possibility of further expansion. For early detection of fire in all functional premises of the lyceum, it is planned to install addressable fire detectors of smoke, heat and manual types, taking into account the categories of premises, their area and height. The placement of the detectors is made in such a way that each point of the premises is in the control zone of at least two sensors, which meets the requirements of the standards and increases the reliability of fire detection. The technical solution also includes a centralized fire monitoring system with the transmission of fire alarm and malfunction signals to the fire monitoring console using a GSM module, which ensures a prompt response of fire departments in the event of an emergency. The fire alarm system and evacuation management system is implemented as a type 4 system, combining light, sound and voice alerts. For this purpose, it is planned to install light indicators of the evacuation direction, light and sound alarms, as well as a voice alert complex with loudspeakers located in educational and common rooms. Voice messages allow for organized evacuation management, reduce panic, and increase response efficiency. The system is powered from an AC network with mandatory backup using rechargeable batteries, which ensure autonomous operation of the system in standby and fire modes in accordance with the requirements of the standards. Cable lines are made of fire-resistant halogen-free cables with the required fire resistance class, which guarantees the system's operability during a fire. The proposed technical solution provides full coverage of all premises of the lyceum, meets modern fire safety standards, minimizes risks to life and health of people, and creates a reliable, long-term system for protecting the educational facility.
