Automated guaranteed notification of the management of local executive bodies, local self-government bodies and the population, as well as enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership on the territory of the Safyaniv territorial community, bringing civil defense signals to citizens, bringing signals and messages to persons with physical, mental, intellectual and sensory disabilities, heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations of the Ukrainian Society of the Blind (UTOS) and the Ukrainian Society of the Deaf (UTOG), other enterprises, institutions and organizations that provide services to persons with disabilities and low-mobility groups of the population, determined by local executive bodies and local self-government bodies, or at the place of work of the specified persons (in a form accessible to them), heads of boarding institutions, healthcare institutions that have a bed fund, penal institutions, remand prisons (It is carried out by informing the management of institutions by e-mail, SMS, messengers for further dissemination of information among subordinates, integration of existing notification systems of institutions into the IACSO).
