<p>The buildings of Andrivsky Lyceum No. 1 are 60 years old, but unfortunately there is no even the simplest shelter. A modern educational institution must guarantee students a safe and comfortable educational environment (one of the main principles of the New Ukrainian School). The civil defense protective structure of the PRU is a separately located, submerged civil defense structure designed to protect children and lyceum staff in peacetime from the consequences of accidents, catastrophes and natural disasters that threaten mass casualties, as well as in wartime from modern weapons of mass destruction. A functional feature in peacetime is the possible operation as a SPP (dual-purpose structure). The project provides for the new construction of a civil defense structure without external changes to the configuration of the existing building and is an underground extension. The PRU premises will be equipped with engineering systems for heating, ventilation, water supply, sewage, electric lighting, as well as modern equipment. The estimated number of shelters is 365 people.</p>

<p>Будівлі Андрівського ліцею №1 60 років, але&nbsp; на жаль відсутнє навіть найпростіше укриття. Сучасний освітній заклад має гарантувати здобувачам освіти&nbsp; безпечне і&nbsp; комфортне освітнє середовище ( один із основних&nbsp; принципів Нової української школи). Захисна споруда цивільного захисту ПРУ&nbsp; являє собою окремо розташовану, занурену в землю споруду цивільного захисту, що призначена для захисту дітей та обслуговуючого персоналу ліцею в мирний час від наслідків аварій, катастроф та стихійного лиха, які загрожують масовому ураженню людей, а також у воєнний час від сучасної зброї масового ураження. Функціональною ознакою в мирний час є можлива експлуатація як СПП (споруда подвійного призначення). Проектом передбачається нове будівництво&nbsp; &nbsp;споруди цивільного захисту без зовнішніх змін конфігурації існуючої будівлі і є підземною прибудовою. Приміщення ПРУ будуть забезпечені інженерними системами опалення, вентиляції, водопостачання, каналізації, електроосвітлення, а також сучасним устаткуванням. Розрахункова кількість укриття - 365 осіб.&nbsp;</p>
