The project involves the creation of a reliable and safe facility that will protect participants in the educational process from emergencies, such as fires, natural disasters and other threats. This project includes the design and construction of a special building, taking into account the needs of the school staff and safety requirements, as well as the organization of civil defense training and the training of staff and students for effective response to danger. Currently, the educational institution has blended learning, after the implementation of the project, the lyceum will conduct exclusively face-to-face education. The project plans to create a safe space that will provide students, teachers, and technical staff with protection in the event of emergencies, namely, the construction of a civil defense protective structure (shelter) on the territory of the municipal institution &quot;Lyceum &quot;Leader&quot; and equip the premises with the necessary safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, ventilation systems, power systems, water supply, as well as medical equipment and materials for first aid, etc. The new construction of the underground structure of the anti-radiation shelter PRU P-1, designed for 500 people, will solve the issue of sheltering participants in the educational process of the Sambir Lyceum Lider. For unhindered access of people with special physical needs and people using wheelchairs, an inclined electric lift is provided on the stairs, as well as the installation of metal two-level handrails. The project provides for a set of measures for the improvement and landscaping of the territory, which includes: - installation of cobblestone walkways; - installation of lawns; - planting trees; - planting bushes. The land plot is located in the central part of the city of Sambir, municipal property.

Проєкт передбачає створення надійного та безпечного приміщення, яке забезпечить захист учасників освітнього процесу від надзвичайних ситуацій, таких як пожежі, стихійні лиха та інші загрози. Цей проєкт включає в себе проєктування та будівництво спеціальної споруди, враховуючи потреби шкільного колективу та вимоги безпеки, а також організацію навчання з цивільного захисту та підготовку персоналу та учнів до ефективної реакції на небезпеку. На сьогодні в освітньому закладі змішане навчання, після реалізації проєкту ліцей буде проводити виключно очне навчання.&nbsp;
В рамках проекту планується створити безпечне приміщення, яке забезпечить учням, вчителям та технічному персоналу захист в разі надзвичайних ситуацій , а саме будівництво захисної споруди цивільного захисту (укриття) на території комунального закладу &laquo;Ліцей "Лідер" та обладнати приміщення необхіднимим засобами безпеки, такими як вогнегасники, екстрене освітлення, системи вентиляції, системи живлення, водопостачання, а також медичним обладнанням та матеріалами для надання першої допомоги, тощо.
Нове будівництво підземної споруди протирадіаційного укриття ПРУ П-1, яке розраховано на 500 осіб, вирішить питання укриття учасників освітнього процесу Самбірського ліцею Лідер. Для безперешкодного потрапляння осіб з особливими фізичними потребами та осіб, які рухаються на кріслах-візках передбачено на сходах влаштування похилого електричного підйомника, а також влаштування металевих дворівневих поручнів. Проектом передбачено комплекс заходів по благоустрою та озелененню території, до складу якого входить: - влаштування пішохідних доріжок із бруківки; - влаштування газонів; - посадка дерев; - посадка кущів. Земельна ділянка розташована в центральній частині міста Самбора, комунальна власність.&nbsp;
