The design object is a part of the basement premises, which are subject to major repairs. The basement premises have several separate entrances. During the major repairs, the following measures must be taken: Partial repair of walls (in damaged areas); Repair of waterproofing from the outside and inside the premises; Arrangement of floor structure with insulation; Interior decoration of premises (walls, floor, ceiling); Redevelopment of premises taking into account new needs; Installation of a heating system in the part of the basement intended for operation; Arrangement of the ventilation system taking into account the new layout; Arrangement of the bathroom taking into account the new layout; Arrangement of the power supply system taking into account the new planning; Arrangement of water supply and sewage network systems taking into account the new planning; Repair of evacuation entrances with their expansion and installation of an inclined lift for the disabled; Arrangement of a site with a protected room for a diesel generator; Improvement of the area adjacent to the evacuation exits.

Об&rsquo;єкт проектування являє собою частину підвальних приміщень, що підлягають капітальному ремонту. Приміщення підвалу мають декілька обособлених входів. В ході капітального ремонту необхідно виконати наступні заходи:
Частковий ремонт стін (в місцях пошкодження);&nbsp;
Ремонт гідроізоляції ззовні та внутрі приміщень;&nbsp;
Улаштування конструкції підлоги з утепленням;&nbsp;
Внутрішнє оздоблення приміщень (стіни, підлога, стеля);&nbsp;
Перепланування приміщень з урахуванням нових потреб;&nbsp;
Улаштування системи опалення в частині підвалу, що передбачається для експлуатації;&nbsp;
Улаштування системи вентиляції з урахуванням нового планування;
Улаштування санвузла з урахуванням нового планування;&nbsp;
Улаштування системи електропостачання з урахуванням нового планування;
Улаштування систем мереж водопостачання та каналізації з урахуванням нового планування;&nbsp;
Ремонт евакуаційних входів з їх розширенням та встановленням похилого підйомника для інвалідів;
Улаштування майданчика з захищеним приміщенням для дизельгенератора;
Благоустрій прилеглої до евакуаційних виходів території.&nbsp;
