<p>Emergency restoration work (overhaul) of an apartment building involves roof repair, repair of external walls with insulation using modern building materials, replacement/installation of window and door blocks of an apartment building in order to improve thermal insulation. Design documentation is developed in accordance with current legal acts, standards, norms and construction rules. The need to carry out emergency restoration work is determined by the need of the community residents for their own housing, which was destroyed as a result of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, to ensure safe conditions of stay and living.</p>

<p>Аварійно-відновлювальні роботи (капітальний ремонт) багатоквартирного житловго будинку передбачає ремонт покрівлі,&nbsp; ремонт зовнішніх стін з утепленням із використанням сучасних будівельних&nbsp; матеріалів, заміну/встановлення віконних та дверних блоків багатоквартирного житлового будинку з метою покращення теплоізоляції. Проектна документація розробляється відповідно до діючих нормативно-правових актів, стандартів норм та правил будівництва. Необхідність виконання&nbsp; аварійно-відновлювальних робіт визначена потребою жителів громади у власному житлі, що було зруйноване унаслідок військової агресії російської федерації проти України, для забезпечення безпечних умов перебування та проживання.</p>
