Rapidly constructed protective structure of civil defense for temporary shelter of people (SHSSZTSZ-1-25) is a special structure designed to shelter civilians from the calculated action of weapons during the regulatory time according to DSTU 9195:2022 "Rapidly constructed protective structures of civil defense of modular type. Basic provisions". The protective structure is erected from special structures in a short time. 
Structural scheme - the walls are made of concrete Lego blocks (LB) 600mm thick, with protrusions on top and grooves on the bottom. A wall made of such blocks has good adhesion and shear resistance. Longitudinal walls are connected to transverse walls, which act as buttresses. The blocks are laid one on top of the other dry, with subsequent coating of the joints with a mortar of grade 100. The bottom row of blocks and the floor are laid on a cement-sand mortar of grade 100. The base is reinforced concrete slabs laid on sand made of crushed concrete. The floor is prefabricated reinforced concrete 300 mm thick, forming a solid disk, connected from above by mounting elements, and attached to the walls along the contour using anchors and embedded parts. The floor slabs have special reinforcement to reduce the likelihood of penetration and the phenomenon of secondary fragmentation. The roof is rolled. The doors are protective impact-resistant 
The participant must deliver the complex, tools for connecting the complex, and workers to the customer's facility.

The participant must comply with the requirements of labor protection, safety, road traffic and fire safety at the facility and on the territory of the Customer. 
The building must have a ramp, a staircase open to people with limited mobility. 
The protective module must be provided with power supply, artificial and emergency lighting. 
The main premises intended for sheltering the population must have forced ventilation. 
The area of the main premises for shelter must be at least 40 m2, which should allow for the placement of 25 people. 
The protective module must be equipped with electric heating, power supply, artificial and emergency lighting, forced ventilation, a fire alarm system and an evacuation control system (in terms of fire alarm systems and evacuation direction indicators), primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with the Fire Safety Rules in Ukraine. 
A VM01-A call module must be installed, which is connected to the existing KPO-5 intercom complex. 
Must be connected to the water supply of the medical facility. 
2 bathrooms must be provided, as well as a sewage system.

Швидкоспоруджувана захисна споруда цивільного захисту для тимчасового укриття людей ШСЗСЦЗ-1-25) - це спеціальна споруда, яка призначена для укриття цивільного населення відрозрахункової дії засобів ураження протягом нормативного часу згідно ДСТУ 9195:2022 «Швидкоспоруджувані захисні споруди цивільного захисту модульного типу. Основні положення». Захисна споруда зводиться із спеціальних конструкцій за короткий час.
Конструктивна схема - стіни виконані із бетонних Лего блоків ( ЛБ) товщиною 600мм, що мають зверху виступи, а з низу пази. Стіна з таких блоків має гарне зщеплення та стійкість від зсуву. Повздовжні стіни перев'язуються із поперечними стінами, які виконують роль контрфорсів. Блокиодин на оден вкладаються насухо із подальшим промазуванням швів розчином марки 100. Нижній ряд блоків та перекриття вкладаються на центно-піщаний розчин марки 100. Основа - залізобетонні плити укладені на пісок із подрібненого бетону. Перекриття - збірне залізобетонне товщиною 300мм, утворює суцільний диск, зверху з' єднане монтажними елементами, а до стін по   контуру кріпиться за допомогою анкерів та закладних деталей. Плити перекриття мають спеціальне армування для зменшення вірогідності проникнення, та явища вторинної фрагментації. Покрівля - рулонна. Двері - захисні протиударні
Учасник має здійснити доставку комплексу, інструменту для підключення комплексу, робітників на об’єкт замовника.

Учасник має дотримуватися вимог охорони праці, техніки безпеки, дорожнього руху транспортних засобів та пожежної безпеки на об’єкті та на території Замовника.
Споруда повинна мати пандус, трап відкритий для маломобільних верств населення.
Захисний модуль має бути забезпечений електроживленням, штучним та аварійним освітленням.
Основні приміщення призначені для укриття населення мають мати примусову вентиляцію. 
Площа основних приміщень для укриття має становити не менше 40 м2, що має надати змогу розмістити 25осіб.
Захисний модуль повинен бути обладнаний електричним опаленням, електроживленням, штучним та аварійним освітленням, примусовою вентиляцією, системою пожежної сигналізації та системою керування евакуюванням (в частині систем оповіщення про пожежу і покажчиків напрямку евакуювання), первинними засобами пожежогасіння відповідно Правил пожежної безпеки в Україні.
Має бути встановлено модуль виклику ВМ01-А, який підключається до наявного переговорного комплексу КПО-5.
Має бути підключено до водопостачання медичного закладу. 
Має бути передбачено 2 с/у, а такожпередбачена каналізаційна установка.

<p>Due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, an urgent issue has arisen regarding the creation of safe conditions for the provision of medical services to the population. Therefore, this project provides for the purchase of quickly erected protective civil defense structures for temporary shelter of people for the Chernechchynsk outpatient clinic of general practice of family medicine and the Vysochansk outpatient clinic of general practice of family medicine. In accordance with the requirements of the Civil Defense Code of Ukraine, the structure will provide safe, constant and uninterrupted access to medical services.</p>
