The proper functioning of the drainage system is an extremely important aspect of creating a safe environment and includes not only the provision of drainage of used water, but also the prevention of environmental pollution, the spread of diseases and the creation of comfortable living conditions. The existing drainage system of the village of Gvardiyske and KNS 4 was built in the 1960s, and has been in need of comprehensive reconstruction, restoration and modernization for a long time. The purpose of implementing this project is to provide the population with the necessary conditions to exercise the right to receive high-quality centralized drainage while simultaneously reducing the negative impact of wastewater on the natural environment. The development of the project is due to: - unsatisfactory technical condition and wear and tear of the main assets of the centralized drainage system; - the use of outdated technologies and equipment in the centralized drainage system; - high energy consumption in the system, which increases tariffs for centralized water drainage; - limited investments and shortage of financial resources necessary for the development of the community; - possible sharp pollution of the environment, which can have adverse consequences for aquatic ecosystems, including the death of fish and other aquatic organisms, as well as contamination of drinking water. The project envisages: - reconstruction of technological pipelines in the machinery department of the building of sewage pumping station No. 4, dismantling of the old pump, installation of 2 new high-frequency pumps - main and reserve; - laying of a 160 mm pressure sewer section in two threads from the KV-1 chamber near sewage pumping station No. 4 in the village. Gvardiyske to the receiving tank located near sewage pumping station No. 3 in the village of Black Sea; - reconstruction of the building of sewage pumping station No. 4. The planned network of sewers is laid for the possibility of diverting sewage from residential and public facilities. In this regard, the impact on the social environment can be assessed as positive. When designing the pressure sewer, polyethylene pipes were used, which have an estimated service life of 50 years, which is significantly higher than that of steel pipes - 25 years. The use of such construction technology allows to significantly reduce material and time costs for construction and maintenance in order to ensure uninterrupted water drainage. This project will allow for efficient maintenance of the relocated area thanks to the laid modern pipeline system and will help prevent leaks. There is no impact on the man-made environment. There is no impact on the geological environment. There is no impact on flora and fauna.

&nbsp;Належне функціонування системи водовідведення є надзвичайно важливим аспектом створення безпечного довкілля і включає не лише забезпечення відведення використаних вод, а й попередження забруднення довкілля, розповсюдження захворювань та створення комфортних умов для проживання. Існуюча система водовідведення села Гвардійське та КНС 4 побудована у 1960 роках, та вже тривалий час потребує комплексної реконструкції, відновлення та модернізації.
Метою впровадження цього проекту є забезпечення населення необхідними умовами для реалізації прав на отримання якісного централізованого водовідведення при одночасному зменшенні негативного впливу стічних вод на навколишнє природнє середовище. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Розроблення проекту обумовлено: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; - незадовільним технічним станом та зношеністю основних фондів системи централізованого водовідведення; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; - застосуванням застарілих технологій та обладнання в системі централізованого водовідведення; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; - високою енергоємністю в системі, що завищує тарифи за централізоване водовідведення; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; - обмеженістю інвестицій та дефіцитом фінансових ресурсів, необхідних для розвитку громади; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; - можливим різким забрудненням навколишнього середовища, що може мати несприятливі наслідки для водних екосистем, включаючи загибель риби та інших водних організмів, а також забруднення питної води.
Проектом передбачається: -&nbsp; реконструкція технологічних трубопроводів в машинному відділені будівлі каналізаційно-насосної станції № 4, демонтаж старого насосу, встановлення 2 нових частотних насосів - основного та резервного; -&nbsp; прокладання ділянки напірної каналізації 160 мм в дві нитки від камери КВ-1 біля каналізаційно-насосної станції № 4 в с. Гвардійське до приймального резервуару, розташованого біля каналізаційно-насосної станції № 3 в смт. Чорноморське; -&nbsp; реконструкція будівлі каналізаційно-насосної станції № 4.
Запроектована мережа каналізації прокладаються для можливості відведення стоків від об'єктів житлового і громадського призначення. В зв'язку з цим, можна оцінити вплив на соціальне середовище як позитивне.&nbsp;
При проектуванні напірної каналізації були застосовані поліетиленові труби, які мають розрахунковий строк експлуатації 50 років, що значно вище, ніж у сталевих труб - 25 років. Застосування такої технології будівництва дозволяє значно скоротити матеріальні та часові витрати на будівництво і обслуговування з метою забезпечення безперебійного водовідведення.
&nbsp;Даний проект дозволить забезпечити ефективне технічне обслуговування ділянки, що перекладається, завдяки закладеній сучасній трубопровідній системі та допоможе запобігти витокам. Вплив на техногенне середовище &ndash; відсутній. Вплив на геологічне середовище &ndash; відсутнє. Вплив на рослинний та тваринний світ &ndash; відсутній.
