<p>General information and basic design decisions. The object&#39;s consequences (responsibility) class is SS2. Cumulative indicator - SS2. The working project envisages the construction of a new protective structure - an anti-radiation shelter (PRU) for school No. 25. The capacity of the shelter is 500 people. The designed protective structure is underground (with a depth of 2.2 m - 2.3 m from the surface of the earth), rectangular in plan, dimensions in axes 1-9, А-Й 45.9x31.9 m, with a height of 2, 7 m. According to the complexity of the engineering and geological conditions, the territory for the construction of the PRU was accepted as II category (medium complexity). The type of soil requirements for subsidence is the first (&lt;5 cm). The depth of seasonal freezing of the soil is 1.2 m. There are no dangerous geodynamic processes of a landslide and tectonic nature on the territory. Intensity of seismic impact - 5 points. The territory is not flooded. The building is designed with two exits to the outside and an emergency exit (underground tunnel) with a vertical shaft. Design decisions are made based on the results of calculations for checking the enclosing structures for the effect of a shock wave and protection against the damage of penetrating radiation. Enclosing structures, according to the working project, will provide a degree of attenuation of the penetrating radiation of external radiation, which corresponds to the specified protection factor of Kz-1000. The working project envisages the installation of sidewalks to the entrances to the PRU. Construction solutions. The building is designed in a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, diaphragm walls with a thickness of 300 mm and cross-shaped pillars with a wall thickness of 600 mm will serve as stiffening elements. Structures of the protective structure: foundation - concrete preparation, polypropylene geotextile, waterproofing from integrated TPO - membrane, reinforced concrete foundation slab 800 mm thick. covering of the underground part of the shelter and emergency exit - monolithic reinforced concrete 600 mm thick, a layer of bituminous primer, a layer of glue, waterproofing from integrated TPO - membranes, polyethylene construction film, concrete screed with a slope of 50 to 200 mm, spike-shaped membrane with a filter, backfill soil of about two meters; covering of the above-ground part of the entrances - monolithic reinforced concrete floor slab 300 mm thick, vapor barrier layer, cement-sand screed , reinforced with a mesh with an anti-corrosion coating, two layers of mineral wool insulation made of basalt fiber (180 and 110 kg/m) with a total thickness of 300 mm, a layer of heat-treated geotextile, telescopic fastening, polymer membrane (1.8 mm); covering of the vertical part of the emergency exit and shafts : reinforced concrete floor slabs 300 mm thick, cement-sand screed M150, heat-treated geotextile, PVC membrane 1.5 mm; walls of the underground part: reinforced concrete monolithic 350 mm thick, waterproofing from integrated TPO - membrane, insulation layer (extruded polystyrene foam 50 mm thick , spiked membrane with a filter, backfill soil; external walls of the emergency exit mine: monolithic reinforced concrete 350 mm thick, primer, adhesive mixture, mineral wool insulation 50 mm thick (120 kg/m); external walls of mines: monolithic reinforced concrete 250 mm thick, primer , adhesive mixture, mineral wool insulation (120 kg/m) with a thickness of 200 mm, a protective layer reinforced with alkali-resistant mesh, primer paint, decorative plaster. Staircases are monolithic reinforced concrete. The design solutions provide for the installation of a reinforced concrete lift shaft for persons with disabilities and other less mobile population groups. The internal partitions are designed from M150 ceramic solid bricks on M100 cement-sand mortar. Plumbing partitions are designed on an aluminum frame filled with one-piece laminated plates. Door blocks - metal protective and hermetic (external), metal fireproof (in technical rooms), made of PVC - profile (internal). The internal equipment of the premises is provided from non-combustible materials or from materials with fire safety indicators not higher than G2, D2, T2. The design solutions provide for the equipment of the ceilings in the shelter premises by cleaning, priming and painting with latex paint, in some rooms - painting with water-emulsion paint. The equipment of the walls and partitions of the premises of the protective structure, depending on the purpose of the premises, is designed by cleaning, plastering, priming, puttying and painting with latex paint, in some rooms - with pentaphthalic paint. The floor covering of the premises of the protective structure is designed with ceramic granite tiles on the prepared base, and the protective coating is painted three times on the prepared base. The design solutions provide for the waterproofing of the floor. The working project provides for painting metal surfaces with PF-115 enamel over a layer of GF-021 primer.</p>

<p>Загальні відомості та основні проектні рішення. Клас наслідків (відповідальності) об&rsquo;єкта - СС2. Сукупний показник - СС2. Робочим проектом передбачено нове будівництво захисної споруди - протирадіаційного укриття (ПРУ) для школи № 25. Місткість укриття - 500 осіб. Запроектована захисна споруда - підземна (із заглибленням на 2,2 м - 2,3 м від поверхні землі), прямокутної форми у плані, розмірами у вісях 1-9,А-И 45,9x31,9 м, з висотою приміщень 2,7 м. За складністю інженерно-геологічних умов територію під будівництво ПРУ прийнято ІІ категорії (середньої складності). Тип ґрунтових вимог за просіданням - перший (&lt;5 см). Глибина сезонного промерзання ґрунту - 1,2 м. Небезпечні геодинамічні процеси зсувного і тектонічного характеру на території - відсутні. Інтенсивність сейсмічного впливу - 5 балів. Територія - непідтоплювана.Споруду запроектовано з двома виходами назовні та аварійним виходом (підземним тунелем) з вертикальною шахтою. Проектні рішення прийняті за результатами розрахунків для перевірки огороджувальних конструкцій на дію ударної хвилі та захисту від ураження проникаючої радіації. Огороджуючі конструкції, згідно робочого проекту, забезпечуватимуть ступінь послаблення проникаючої радіації зовнішнього випромінювання, який відповідає визначеному коефіцієнту захисту Кз-1000. Робочим проектом передбачено влаштування тротуарів до входів в ПРУ. Будівельні рішення. Споруду запроектовано в монолітному залізобетонному каркасі, елементами жорсткості слугуватимуть стіни-діафрагми товщиною 300 мм та хрестоподібні стовпи товщиною стін 600 мм. Конструкції захисної споруди:фундамент - бетонна підготовка, геотекстиль поліпропіленовий, гідроізоляція із інтегрованої ТПО - мембрани, залізобетонна фундаментна плита товщиною 800 мм.покриття підземної частини укриття та аварійного виходу - монолітний залізобетон товщиною 600 мм, шар ґрунтовки бітумної, шар клею, гідроізоляція із інтегрованої ТПО - мембрани, плівка поліетиленова будівельна, бетонна стяжка по ухилу від 50 до 200 мм, шиповидна мембрана з фільтром, ґрунт зворотної засипки близько двох метрів;покриття надземної частини входів - монолітна залізобетонна плита перекриття товщиною 300 мм, шар пароізоляції, цементно-піщана стяжка, армована сіткою з антикорозійним покриттям, два шари мінераловатного утеплювача з базальтового волокна (180 та 110 кг/м) загальною товщиною 300 мм, шар геотекстилю теплообробленого, телескопічне кріплення, полімерна мембрана (1,8 мм);покриття вертикальної частини аварійного виходу та шахт: залізобетонні плити перекриття товщиною 300 мм, цементно-піщана стяжка М150, геотекстиль термооброблений, ПВХ-мембрана 1,5 мм;стіни підземної частини: залізобетонні монолітні товщиною 350 мм, гідроізоляція із інтегрованої ТПО - мембрани, шар утеплювача (екструдований пінополістрол товщиною 50 мм, шиповидна мембрана з фільтром, ґрунт зворотної засипки;зовнішні стіни шахти аварійного виходу: монолітний залізобетон товщиною 350 мм, грунтовка, клейова суміш, утеплювач мінераловатний товщиною 50 мм (120 кг/м);зовнішні стіни шахт: монолітний залізобетон товщиною 250 мм, ґрунтовка, клейова суміш, мінераловатний утеплювач (120 кг/м) товщиною 200 мм, захисний шар, армований лугостійкою сіткою, грунтуюча фарба, декоративна штукатурка. Сходові клітини - монолітні залізобетонні. Проектними рішеннями передбачено влаштування залізобетонної шахти підйомника для осіб з інвалідністю та інших мало- мобільних груп населення.Внутрішні перегородки запроектовано із керамічної повнотілої цегли М150 на цементно-піщаному розчині М100. Сантехнічні перегородки запроектовано на алюмінієвому каркасі із заповненням цільно-ламінованими плитами. Дверні блоки - металеві захисно-герметичні (зовнішні), металеві протипожежні (в технічні приміщення), з ПВХ - профілю (внутрішні). Внутрішнє опорядження приміщень передбачено із негорючих матеріалів або із матеріалів з показниками пожежної безпеки не вище ніж Г2, Д2, Т2.Проектними рішеннями передбачено опорядження стель в приміщеннях укриття шляхом зачистки, ґрунтування та фарбування латексною фарбою, в окремих приміщеннях - фарбування водоемульсійною фарбою. Опорядження стін і перегородок приміщень захисної споруди, в залежності від призначення приміщень, запроектовано шляхом зачистки, штукатурки, ґрунтування, шпаклювання та фарбування латексною фарбою, в окремих приміщеннях - пентафталевою фарбою. Покриття підлог приміщень захисної споруди запроектовано керамогранітною плиткою по підготовленій основі, та захисним покриттям - фарбою за три рази по підготовленій основі. Проектними рішеннями передбачено виконання гідроізоляції підлоги. Робочим проектом передбачено фарбування металевих поверхонь емаллю ПФ-115 по шару грунтівки ГФ-021.</p>
