The existing building of the district hospital is an unfinished construction started in 1993 on the territory of the existing hospital. The construction was carried out at the expense of collective farm funds using the economic method of the &quot;40th Anniversary of October&quot; KPU. From 1993 to 2023, funds were partially allocated from the State budget and local budgets, but these funds were not enough for completion. The budget of the Dragivska village council cannot provide financing for the implementation of this project, because 86% is subsidized. The project &quot;District hospital in the village of Dragovo, Khust district, Zakarpattia region - Construction of the 1st start-up complex (adjustment)&quot; provides for the completion of the construction of a 30-bed hospital with a polyclinic department (ambulatory) and an ambulance station, which are located on the 1st and 2nd m floors; 2- the start-up complex is the commissioning of the 3rd and basement floors as a rehabilitation department based on natural mineral water &quot;Dragivska&quot; (prospect of development based on investment programs). The 1st launch complex includes the following units:<ul><li> premises of the field ambulance team;</li><li> outpatient polyclinic department for 30 visits per shift;</li><li> therapeutic department with 15 beds;</li><li> children&#39;s department for 10 beds;</li><li> maternity ward with 5 beds;</li><li> reception department of the therapeutic department;</li><li> maternity ward.</li></ul> The district hospital in the village of Dragovo should provide for the medical needs of the population of the Dragiv territorial community, which is 14,226 people. Currently, it is impossible to provide one hundred percent quality medical services to the population, as the premises and material and technical base are worn out by 90 percent. From 1993 to 2023, funds were partially allocated from the State budget and local budgets, but these funds were not enough for completion. Існуючий корпус дільничної лікарні - це незавершене будівництво, розпочатого в 1993 році на території існуючої лікарні.&nbsp;&nbsp;Будівництво виконувалось за рахунок колгоспних коштів господарським методом к-пу &laquo;40-річчи Жовтня&raquo;. З 1993 по 2023 роки кошти часткова виділялися з Державного бюджету і місцевих бюджетів, але цих коштів було недостатньо для завершення. Бюджет Драгівської сільської ради не може забезпечити фінансування для реалізація даного проекту, тому що на 86% дотаційний. &nbsp; Проектом &laquo;Дільнична лікарня в с.Драгово Хустського району Закарпатської області &ndash; Будівництво І-го пускового комплексу (коригування)&raquo; передбачено&nbsp; завершення будівництва стаціонару на 30 ліжок з поліклінічним відділенням (амбулаторією) та станції швидкої допомоги, які розташовуються на 1-му і 2-му поверхах; 2- пусковий комплекс це введення в експлуатацію 3-го та цокольного поверхів як&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;реабілітаційне відділення на базі природньої мінеральної води "Драгівська" (перспектива розвитку па основі інвестпрограм). До складу 1-ю пускового комплексу входять наступні підрозділи:

<li>&nbsp;приміщення виїзної бригади швидкої допомоги;</li>
<li>&nbsp;амбулаторно-поліклінічне відділення на 30 відвідувань на зміну;</li>
<li>терапевтичне відділення па 15 ліжок;</li>
<li>дитяче відділення на 10 ліжок;</li>
<li>пологове відділення па 5 ліжок;</li>
<li>приймальне відділення терапевтичного відділення;</li>
<li>приймальне пологовою відділення.</li>
</ul>
Дільнична лікарня в с.Драгово повинна забезпечувати медичні потреби населення Драгівської&nbsp; територіальної громади, яке&nbsp; становить 14226&nbsp; осіб. Наразі неможливо на сто відсотків забезпечити надання якісних медичних послуг населенню, поза як приміщення і матеріально технічна база зношені на 90 відсотків.&nbsp; З 1993 по 2023 роки кошти часткова виділялися з Державного бюджету і місцевих бюджетів, але цих коштів було недостатньо для завершення. Бюджет Драгівської сільської ради не може забезпечити фінансування для реалізація даного проекту, тому що на 86% дотаційний.&nbsp; &nbsp;
