Municipal institution &quot;Preschool educational institution (nursery-kindergarten) No. 61 &quot;Gnizdechko&quot; of the combined type of the Kirovohrad City Council&quot; is located at the address: str. Leonida Kadenyuk, 3-a in the city of Kropyvnytskyi, Kirovohrad region. The building is two-story, with a basement under the entire area of the building, the height of the floors is 3.3 m, the height of the basement floor (technical underground) is 2.1 m. The roof is flat, combined, the drainage system is organized internally. The facility is equipped with engineering networks of electricity supply, heat supply, water supply and drainage, from city networks. The main supporting and enclosing structures of the building are existing: - Columnar, reinforced concrete foundations; -External walls of the 1st and 2nd floors are wall hanging panels made of lightweight concrete; - Basement walls are external - expanded clay concrete panels, internal - prefabricated concrete blocks of the FBS type; - Partitions - 120 mm thick, made of ceramic bricks on a complex solution; - Overlay - typical prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs; - Internal stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms; -Roof - flat, multi-layer roll; - Drainage - organized external; -Filling of doorways - doors are deaf and under glazing; -Filling of window openings - metal-plastic and wooden window blocks; -Floor - linoleum covering and ceramic tiles. The general technical condition of the basement of the building is characterized as satisfactory. Engineering networks exist, electric power from the existing TP, water supply networks, sewage are connected to the centralized networks of the city. The networks are in working order at the time of the survey.

Комунальний заклад "Дошкільний навчальний заклад (ясла-садок) № 61 "Гніздечко" комбінованого типу Кіровоградської міської ради" знаходиться за адресою: вул. Леоніда Каденюка,3-а в м. Кропивницькому Кіровоградської області.
Будівля двоповерхова, з підвалом під всією площею будівлі, висота поверхів - 3,3 м, висота підвального поверху (технічного підпілля) - 2,1 м.&nbsp;Покрівля - плоска, суміщена, водостік - внутрішній організований.&nbsp;Заклад обладнаний інженерними мережами електропостачання, теплопостачання, водопостачання та водовідведення, від міських мереж.
Основні несучі та огороджуючі конструкції будівлі існуючі:
-Фундаменти стовпчасті, залізобетонні;
-Зовнішні стіни І та ІІ поверхів стінові навісні панелі з легкого бетону;
-Стіни підвалу зовнішні - керамзито-бетонні панелі, внутрішні - збірні бетонні блоки типу ФБС;
-Перегородки - товщиною 120 мм виконані із керамічної цегли на складному розчині;
-Перекриття - типові збірні залізобетонні багатопустотні плити;
-Внутрішні сходи - збірні залізобетонні марші та майданчики;
-Покрівля - плоска, рулонна багатошарова;
-Водостік - організований зовнішній;
-Заповнення дверних прорізів - двері глухі та під скління;
-Заповнення віконних прорізів - металопластикові та деревяні віконні блоки;
-Підлога - лінолеумне покриття та керамічна плитка.
Загальний технічний стан підвального приміщення будівлі характеризується як задовільний.&nbsp;Інженерні мережі існуючі, електричне живлення від існуючої ТП, водопровідні мережі, каналізація приєднані до централізованих мереж міста. Мережі на час обстеження знаходяться в робочому стані.
