KNP &quot;Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after O.S. Luchanskyi&quot; is one of the largest medical institutions of the Kherson region and a cluster health care institution that provides primary and secondary (specialized, highly specialized) medical care services to the population of the Kherson territorial community. Until now, the hospital is the base for providing urgent care in case of emergencies. The institution is recognized as BLIL-2, which has: 4 inpatient departments, designed for a total of 305 beds, of which 137 beds are for surgical care. As part of the &quot;Great Construction&quot; state program, a powerful emergency medical department with CT, anti-shock, resuscitation and decontamination wards was created. The hospital provides emergency care to residents of the city of Kherson 24/7 and meets modern standards for the provision of this care. This is a multidisciplinary institution that provides urgent and scheduled care to residents of the city and region (80% of the bed fund operates in the mode of providing urgent care: emergency surgery, gynecological, urological, resuscitation, neurological, cardiology departments), the anesthesiology and intensive care department has 12 beds equipped according to modern requirements for providing medical care. The hospital has a powerful diagnostic base that allows performing all basic types of research; operations are carried out in operating units equipped with modern equipment for minimally invasive operations, namely: laparoscopic, urological, arthroscopic (of the highest complexity). Endoprosthesis of large joints, all modern types of osteosynthesis are also performed. In the pre-war period, namely in 2021, 2,500 operations were performed at the institution, including 70 knee and hip replacement surgeries, in wartime, namely in 2023, 1,570 operations were performed. It should be noted that in 2022, 227 heart operations were performed at the &quot;Heart Center&quot; facility, including 139 coronary artery stentings, of which 98 were for acute myocardial infarction. Since 2011, the hospital has been the base for the implementation of the City Program for the Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases. The city Heart Center was established in the hospital, which provided emergency medical care for acute myocardial infarction with the possibility of surgical interventions in X-ray operating units. Currently, the hospital does not stop its work, being in the zone of active hostilities, providing a full range of emergency and planned assistance to the civilian population of Kherson and the region, as well as to IDPs and victims of the consequences of the accident at the Kakhovskaya HPP, around the clock. In general, the territory with a total population of up to 96,000 people is served. Since January 2024, the institution has launched an oxygen station for centralized oxygen supply. The hospital is fully equipped with backup power sources that are connected automatically when the centralized power supply is turned off. In addition, from January 2024, a boiler room was launched to provide autonomous heating of the facility. The institution works under contracts with the National Health Service of Ukraine and provides medical services under 18 packages of the medical guarantee program. As part of the project &quot;Reconstruction of the warehouse with the construction of a dual-purpose building (medical and operational block) with the properties of a warehouse of the communal non-commercial enterprise &quot;Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after O.S. Luchanskyi&quot; a modern underground hospital will be created, the purpose of which is to provide round-the-clock highly qualified medical and surgical care for the civilian population of the city of Kherson, which is provided according to modern standards of providing medical care and corresponds to the level of a second-level intensive care hospital with the preservation of the storage function.

КНП &laquo;Херсонська міська клінічна лікарня ім. О.С.Лучанського&raquo; є одним з найбільших медичних закладів Херсонської області та кластерним закладом охорони здоров&rsquo;я, що надає послуги первинної та вторинної (спеціалізованої, високоспеціалізованої) медичної допомоги населенню Херсонської територіальної громади. До теперішнього часу лікарня - є базовою з надання ургентної допомоги при невідкладних станах. Заклад визнано БЛІЛ-2, який має: 4 стаціонарних відділення, що розраховані загалом на 305 ліжко-місць, з яких 137 ліжок для надання допомоги хірургічного профілю. В рамках державної програми &laquo;Велике будівництво&raquo; було створено потужне відділення екстреної медичної допомоги з КТ, протишоковими, реанімаційними та деконтамінаційними палатами. Лікарня надає екстрену допомогу мешканцям міста Херсона 24/7 та відповідає сучасним стандартам надання цієї допомоги. Це багатопрофільний заклад, що надає ургентну та планову допомогу мешканцям міста та області (80 % ліжкового фонду працює в режимі надання ургентної допомоги: відділення невідкладної хірургії, гінекологічне, урологічне, реанімаційне, неврологічне, відділення кардіологічного профілю), відділення анестезіології і інтенсивної терапії має 12 ліжок оснащених за сучасними вимогами надання медичної допомоги. Лікарня має потужну діагностичну базу, що дозволяє виконувати всі основні види досліджень; операції проводяться в операційних блоках, оснащених сучасною апаратурою для проведення мало інвазивних операцій, а саме: лапароскопічні, урологічні, артроскопічні (найвищої складності). Також проводиться ендопротезування великих суглобів, усі сучасні види остеосинтезу. У довоєнний час, а саме у 2021 році по закладу було проведено: 2500 операцій, у тому числі 70 операцій із ендопротезування колінного та кульшового суглобів, у військовий час, а саме за 2023 рік, було проведено 1570 операцій. Слід зазначити, що у 2022 році у закладі на базі &laquo;Центру Серця&raquo; було проведено 227 операцій на серці, у тому числі 139 стентувань коронарних артерій, з них 98 &ndash; при гострому інфаркті міокарда. З 2011 року лікарня була базою для виконання Міської програми запобігання та лікування серцево-судинних захворювань. У лікарні створено міський Центр серця, який надавав екстрену медичну допомогу при гострому інфаркті міокарда з можливістю проведення оперативних інтервенцій у рентген-операційних блоках. Наразі лікарня не припиняє свою роботу, знаходячись у зоні активних бойових дій, цілодобово надає повний спектр невідкладної та планової допомоги цивільному населенню Херсона та області, а також для ВПО та постраждалих від наслідків аварії на Каховській ГЕС. Загалом обслуговується територія із загальним населенням до 96 000 осіб. З січня 2024 року у закладі запущено кисневу станцію для централізованого постачання кисню. Лікарня повністю укомплектована джерелами резервного енергопостачання, що підключаються автоматично при відключенні централізованого електропостачання. Крім того, з січня 2024 року було запущено котельню для забезпечення автономного опалення закладу. Заклад працює за договорами з Національною &nbsp;службою здоров&rsquo;я України та надає медичні послуги за 18 пакетами програми медичних гарантій. В рамках проекту &laquo;&laquo;Реконструкція сховища з влаштуванням споруди подвійного призначення (медично-операційний блок) з властивостями сховища комунального некомерційного підприємства &laquo;Херсонська міська клінічна лікарня ім. О.С. Лучанського&raquo; буде створена сучасна підземна лікарня, метою якої - є надання цілодобової висококваліфікованої медичної хірургічної допомоги для цивільного населення міста Херсона, яка надається за сучасними стандартами надання медичної допомоги та відповідає рівню лікарні інтенсивного лікування другого рівня зі збереженням функції сховища.&nbsp;
