The goal of the project: Creating a safe educational space and improving a healthy lifestyle for the education of the new European generation of youth by increasing the project capacity of the Solonkiv Village Council Communal Institution &quot;Hero of Ukraine Mykola Pankiv Lyceum&quot; in compliance with energy saving requirements. Task:<ul><li style="text-align: justify;"> Ensure the introduction of specialized education to provide high-quality, affordable and safe educational services to community residents and internally displaced persons;</li><li style="text-align: justify;"> Create safe and comfortable conditions for students during the educational process;</li><li style="text-align: justify;"> Create optimally comfortable workplaces that would contribute to the effective realization of the potential of employees (pedagogical and auxiliary staff);</li><li style="text-align: justify;"> Equip the premises in accordance with modern construction, sanitary requirements and norms;</li><li style="text-align: justify;"> Create favorable conditions for physical education and sports;</li><li style="text-align: justify;"> To ensure reliable and sustainable functioning of the school.</li></ul> The most acute problem of the village of Solonka is the insufficient number of places in the Communal institution &quot;Lyceum named after the Hero of Ukraine Mykola Pankiv&quot;, which was created on the basis of the Support institution of the general secondary school of the I-III centuries. named after Hero Mykola Pankiv. In connection with the increase in the workload due to the significant impact of internally displaced persons, including those of school age, the need to increase educational places has become even more urgent. In addition, on the basis of the Lyceum named after the Hero of Ukraine Mykola Pankiv, there is the Solonkiv Children&#39;s Youth Sports School, the design capacity of which is 150 students, and the available capacity is 266. Currently, the assembly hall of the lyceum is used as a gymnasium, which in turn does not provides opportunities for the full-fledged development of the personality, the realization of the sports talents of students, young people and the inhabitants of the village as a whole. Accordingly, the completion of the sports hall and auxiliary premises will solve the problems of both communal institutions. Мета проєкту: Створення безпечного освітнього простору та покращення здорового способу життя для виховання нової європейської генерації молоді шляхом збільшенням проєктної потужност Комунального закладу Солонківської сільської ради &laquo;Ліцей імені Героя України Миколи Паньківа&raquo; з дотриманням вимог енергозбереження.
Завдання:

<li style="text-align: justify;">Забезпечити впровадження профільної освіти для надання якісних, доступних та безпечних освітніх послуг мешканцям громади та внутрішньо переміщених осіб;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Створити безпечні та комфортні умови для учнів під час навчально-виховного процесу;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Створити оптимально комфортні робочі місця, які б сприяли ефективній реалізації потенціалу працівників (педагогічного та допоміжного складу);</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Облаштувати приміщення відповідно до сучасних будівельних, санітарних вимог та норм;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Створити сприятливі умови для забезпечення занять фізичною культурою і спортом;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Забезпечити надійне та стале функціонування школи.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Найбільш гострою проблемою села Солонка є недостатня кількість місць у Комунальному закладі &laquo;Ліцей імені Героя України Миколи Паньківа&raquo;, який створено на базі Опорного закладу загальної середньої школи I-III ст. ім.Героя Миколи Паньківа. У зв'язку з збільшенням навантаження через значний вплив внутрішньо переміщених осіб, в тому числі шкільного віку, потреба у збільшенні навчальних мість стала ще актуальнішою. Додатково на базі КЗ &laquo;Ліцей імені Героя України Миколи Паньківа&raquo; діє КЗ &laquo;Солонківська дитяча юнацька спортивна школа&raquo;, проектна потужність якого складає 150 вихованців, а наявна наповненість &ndash; 266. На даний час Актовий зал ліцею використовується як гімнастичний, що в свою чергу не дає можливості для повноцінного розвитку особистості, реалізації спортивних задатків учнів, молоді та мешканців села вцілому.
