Working project &quot;New construction of a civil defense protective structure&quot; (PRU) on the territory of the SSR No. 28 SMR at the address: Sumy, Danyla Street Halytskogo, 22&quot; was carried out for the purpose of constructing a protective structure for civil protection to ensure the protection of the population from emergencies in peacetime time and in a special period. The working draft was developed based on: – design task approved by the Customer; – contract for the execution of design and estimate documentation; – initial data for designing the facility, provided by the Customer. The working project was developed in accordance with current regulations, rules, instructions and standards and provides for constructive and technical solutions that ensure safety, including explosion and fire safety, while compliance with established rules for the operation of buildings and structures. General characteristics of a civil defense protective structure: 1. Type of civil defense protective structure – radiation shelter (hereinafter referred to as the PRU); 2. Protective properties of the PRU – shelter group – P-1 (according to the Design Task); protection factor (Kz) – 1000; excessive shock wave pressure ΔP, kPa – 100; 3. The location of the P-1 group PRU is within the zones of possible minor (weak) damage, possible dangerous strong radioactive contamination, which is determined for the assigned to the relevant groups Civil Defense of Sumy and zones of possible dangerous strong radioactive contamination of facilities classified as civil defense; 4. The number of people in hiding is 200 people; 5. The standard area per person in the main shelter room is: adopted in accordance with the requirements of Appendix B of DBN V.2.2.-5:2023 &quot;Protective structures &quot;civil defense&quot;; 6. Placement of the PRU in the building – separately located (at a distance from buildings and structures equal to their height), buried (underground); 7. The structure of the PRU is a monolithic reinforced concrete underground structure with two entrances/exits (two above-ground), as well as a variable exit with a vertical shaft; 8. Ventilation mode – mode I – clean ventilation 9. Estimated duration of stay of the population sheltering in PRU – 48 hours. The total size of the PRU in the plan in axes 1-7/A-L is 26.35x35.3 m. The construction project for a civil defense protective structure contains optimal solutions for using the area of all premises for their primary purpose during an emergency situation. When implementing design solutions, using building materials and products, materials and products of water supply, sewage, heating systems, ventilation, furniture, room equipment, interior decoration materials is carried out in accordance with the current regulatory documentation, which must be safe for children&#39;s health. Данила Галицького, 22&raquo; виконаний з метою будівництва захисної споруди цивільного захисту для забезпечення захисту населення від надзвичайних ситуацій у мирний час та в особливий період. Робочий проєкт розроблений на підставі: &ndash; завдання на проєктування, затвердженого Замовником; &ndash; договору на виконання проєктно-кошторисної документації; &ndash; вихідних даних для проєктування об&rsquo;єкту, наданих Замовником. Робочий проєкт розроблений у відповідності з діючими нормами, правилами, інструкціями і стандартами і передбачає конструктивні та технічні рішення, що забезпечують безпеку, включаючи вибухопожежобезпечність, при дотриманні встановлених правил експлуатації будівель і споруд. Загальні характеристики захисної споруди цивільного захисту: 1. Вид захисної споруди цивільного захисту &ndash;протирадіаційне укриття (далі &ndash; ПРУ); 2. Захисні властивості ПРУ &ndash; група укриття &ndash; П-1 (згідно Завдання на&nbsp;проєктування); коефіцієнт захисту (Кз) &ndash; 1000; надмірний тиск ударної хвилі &Delta;Р, кПа &ndash; 100; 3. Місце розміщення ПРУ групи П-1 знаходиться у межах зон &ndash;&nbsp;можливих незначних (слабких) руйнувань, можливого небезпечного сильного радіоактивного забруднення, що визначена для віднесеного до відповідних груп цивільного захисту м. Суми та зони можливого небезпечного сильного радіоактивного забруднення віднесених до категорій цивільного захисту об&rsquo;єктів; 4. Кількість осіб, які переховуються &ndash; 200 осіб; 5. Норма площі на одну особу в основному приміщенні для укриття &ndash; прийнята відповідно до вимог Додатку Б ДБН В.2.2.-5:2023 &laquo;Захисні споруди цивільного захисту&raquo;; 6. Розміщення ПРУ у забудові &ndash; окремо розташоване (на відстані від&nbsp;будівель і споруд, що дорівнює їх висоті), заглиблене (підземне); 7. Конструкція ПРУ &ndash; монолітна залізобетонна підземна споруда з&nbsp;двома входами/виходами (два надземних), а також а варійним в иходом з&nbsp;вертикальною шахтою; 8. Режим вентиляції &ndash; режим І &ndash; чиста вентиляція 9. Розрахунковий термін перебування населення, що укривається у ПРУ &ndash; 48 годин.&nbsp;Загальний розмір ПРУ у плані у вісях 1-7/А-Л &ndash; 26,35х35,3 м. Проєкт будівництва захисної споруди цивільного захисту містить&nbsp;оптимальні рішення з використання площі всіх приміщень за основним&nbsp;призначенням під час виникнення загрози надзвичайної ситуації. При реалізації проєктних рішень, використання будівельних матеріалів і виробів , матеріалів та виробів систем водопостачання, каналізації, опалення, вентиляції, меблів, обладнання приміщень, матеріалів внутрішнього оздоблення виконується відповідно до діючої нормативної документації, які повинні бути безпечні для здоров&rsquo;я дітей. У закладі освіти дозволяється використовувати матеріали, обладнання,&nbsp;устаткування, засоби, інвентар, витратні матеріали тощо, що відповідають&nbsp;вимогам Закону України "Про загальну безпечність нехарчової продукції",&nbsp;відповідних технічних регламентів та санітарного законодавства. При виконанні робіт не використовуються матеріали, вироби з вмістом азбесту. Згідно з КЛАСИФІКАТОРОМ БУДІВЕЛЬ І СПОРУД НК 018:2023, який набрав чинність з 1.01.2024 (1252), згідно перехідної таблиці від ДСК до НК код будівлі (споруди) &ndash; 2008020100 (захисні споруди цивільного захисту).
