Description of architectural, construction and constructive solutions The project envisages the construction of a new anti-radiation shelter (PRU) on the territory of Kryvorizka Gymnasium No. 84 of the Kryvorizka City Council. In accordance with clause 5.2 DBN V.1.2-14:2018, the structures of buildings and structures belong to the following categories of responsibility: &quot;A&quot; - load-bearing elements ( foundations, columns, load-bearing walls, elements of floors, stairs); &quot;B&quot; - load-bearing elements of coatings, roofing, wall self-supporting fences; &quot;B&quot; - self-supporting partitions, windows, doors, floors. The spatial rigidity of buildings and structures is ensured by the work of external and internal load-bearing walls, slabs and coverings. Spatial and planning decisions Shelter, separately located, sunken type for 300 people (students and staff) sheltered: students of grades 5-12 - 188 people; 3-4 graders - 80 people; staff - 32 people. - type - anti-radiation shelter, shelter group P-1. Degree of fire resistance - II. Height of the main clean rooms - 2.55 m. Height of entrances - 2.55 m; 2.20 m. The total area of the premises of the PRU - 1005.57 m. The area of the main premises - 648.11 m. The area of auxiliary premises - 314.37 m. The object belongs to the class of consequences (responsibility) CC2. The designed anti-radiation shelter (RA) has a square shape in plan, with dimensions of 30.0 x 30.0 m along the coordination axes. The structure is of an underground type. The composition of the RA includes main and auxiliary premises in accordance with the requirements of DBN B.2.2-5:2023. The main ones include rooms for hiding, the control room, and medical rooms, and the rest of the designed ones, which are listed below, are included in the auxiliary ones. The shelter has two separate entrances. The project envisages measures for the convenient and safe movement of people with limited physical abilities: the arrangement of two evacuation exits to the outside with a lift for MGN. The PRU consists of premises: premises for shelter (grades 5-12); premises for hiding children under 11 years of age (grades 3-4); the main entrance with a one-chamber vestibule-sluice; emergency exit with vestibule-sluice single-chamber; premises for storing contaminated outerwear; premises for storing waste; universal cabin (for MGN); women&#39;s bathroom; personal hygiene cabin; men&#39;s bathroom; a buffet with equipment for maintaining the normative temperature of food and drinking regime; premises for food storage; medical center; premises for storing water supply; premises of the control point and fire station; electrical panel and ventilation chamber. Single-chamber vestibule-sluice gates are provided at the entrance and exit to the PRU. The structural scheme corresponds to volume planning decisions taking into account the category of fire and explosion hazards. The structural scheme of the PRU is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The foundation slab, frame elements, external and internal walls, ceilings are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. C25/30, reinforced with fittings according to DSTU 3760:2019. Partitions - from ceramic bricks DSTU B V.2.7-61:2008 on a cement-sand mortar with height reinforcement and monolithic reinforced concrete from concrete cl. C25/30. Internal door blocks - fireproof and aluminum, depending on the purpose of the premises. For the relative mark of 0.000, the level of the clean floor of the main premises of the PRU is accepted. Interior equipment of the premises. Ceiling - interior acrylic matte paint in 2 layers on the prepared surface. matte acrylic paint in 2 layers, on the prepared surface. Floors - epoxy coating for floors in 2 layers, acrylic-urethane paint on the prepared surface (depending on the purpose of the premises). External equipment of the walls of ventilation shafts, facade walls of the entrance, exit - silicone facade paint on a previously prepared surface. Engineering support Heating. To maintain the specified temperature in the premises of the PRU, the working project provides for the installation of wall-mounted electric heaters with built-in thermostats &quot;Termiya&quot; series &quot;Optima&quot;. &quot;Thermiya&quot; splash-proof electric convectors are used for rooms with a wet regime. Ventilation . The working project envisages the installation of a system of general exchange supply and exhaust ventilation with mechanical drive for the premises of the PRU - systems P1, B1, P2, B2 in the &quot;clean ventilation&quot; mode. Supply systems P1 and P2 are equipped with anti-dust filters (cassette filter G4 F315). Air intake and exhaust for ventilation systems is carried out from the outside, through separate ventilation shafts. In the cold period of the year, outdoor air heating is provided for P1, P2 systems. Plumbing. The connection of the B1 cold domestic drinking water supply system is made from the existing water pipe laid in the basement of the Lyceum. The planned external water supply network is designed as an independent route with a length of 37.2 m in plan made of polyethylene pipe. It is planned to place an emergency supply of drinking water in a capacity of 1900 liters. Hot water supply is provided autonomously from electric storage water heaters. Sewerage. Drainage of the sewage system is provided through the release of K1 into the designed external sewage networks. Drainage of household sewerage from the building of the public utility company is carried out by two networks: the main and emergency K1 and K1.1. The main network is projected by gravity section K1n (length in plan 31.8 m) and gravity section K1 (length in plan 4 m) to the designed well 1 (the point of insertion into the existing network of gravity sewage of the lyceum). The emergency network is carried out by gravity network K1.1 (length in plan 23 m) to the prefabricated designed well. Electrical solutions. The total existing capacity of the lyceum will not increase due to the existing reserve capacity and during the use of the storage, other electrical equipment of the building will not be operated. Electricity accounting - in the existing HRS. The project provides working and emergency lighting. Lamps with LEDs are designed in the premises. Emergency lighting and a wireless call button are provided in room 9 &quot;Universal cabin (for MGN)&quot;. Evacuation lamps, &quot;EXIT&quot; light indicators, designed with built-in rechargeable batteries. Control of the lamps above the external entrances to the PRU is carried out with the help of a motion sensor built into the lamps. Distribution electric lighting networks are designed with PVSngd wire, FLAME-X cable. The section of the EM project provides for a grounding circuit that meets the requirements of regulatory documents. This project provides for the arrangement of the premises of the protective structure with wired and wireless access to the ETHERNET network. As a distribution node for access to the Ethernet network, the project provides for the installation of 3 6U telecommunication cabinets with overall dimensions in the premises. To provide wireless access to the Ethernet network, a Wi-Fi access point is installed in room 3. Fire and technological safety The degree of fire resistance of the shelter building is II. Evacuation exits comply with building regulations. According to the results of the calculations, the estimated evacuation time of people from the shelter does not exceed the required evacuation time, which indicates the following: until the dangerous factors of the fire reach critical values and block the evacuation routes, persons who may be in the shelter at the time of the probable fire will make an independent exit. The shelter has two distributed entrance nodes and an emergency exit. The doors of the evacuation exits on the evacuation routes open in the direction of the exit from the shelter, and the dimensions comply with the standards. The doors to the filter-ventilation chamber, electrical panel, are accepted by the fire department. The premises for storing contaminated street clothes are separated from the premises for hidden ones by type I fire partitions, the doors are fireproof. Non-combustible materials or materials with fire hazard indicators no higher than group G2 are used for the interior decoration of the premises of the PRU. Passages through the walls should be made in rigid PVC pipes. Fans for PRU ventilation systems are provided with an electric manual drive. Anti-explosive devices for civil defense storage facilities are installed on the air intakes and exhaust devices of the PRU of the installation. The project includes cable and conductor products that do not spread combustion. The premises are provided with primary means of fire extinguishing. Internal fire extinguishing is provided by fire hydrants. External fire extinguishing is designed from existing fire hydrants. As technical means of fire detection in protected premises, used smoke, heat and manual fire detectors are installed in premises and on escape routes and exits from the building. The designed system for notifying people about a fire of the CO3 type, which provides for the installation of &quot;EXIT&quot; sound and light alarms, and &quot;Fire&quot; light and sound alarms. The fire alarm system turns on automatically from the fire signal generated by the automatic fire alarm system. An alarm notification from the activation of a fire alarm is transmitted to the central monitoring panel using the MCA - GSM via the GSM channel.

До основних відносяться приміщення для переховування, кімната керування і приміщення медичного призначення, до допоміжних &ndash; решта запроектованих, що перераховуються нижче. Укриття має два розосереджені входи. Проектом передбачається заходи для зручного та безпечного переміщення людей з обмеженими фізичними можливостями: влаштування двох евакуаційних виходів назовні з підйомником для МГН. ПРУ складається з приміщень: приміщення для укриття (5-12 класи); приміщення для розташування переховуваних дітей до 11 років (3-4 класи); основний вхід з тамбур-шлюзом однокамерним; аварійний вихід з тамбур-шлюзом однокамерним; приміщення для зберігання забрудненого верхнього одягу; приміщення для зберігання відходів; універсальна кабіна (для МГН); санвузол жіночий; кабіна особистої гігієни; санвузол чоловічий; буфет з обладнанням для підтримання нормативної температури їжі і питного режиму; приміщення для зберігання продуктів харчування; медичний пункт; приміщення для зберігання запасу води; приміщення пункту керування та пожежного поста; електрощитова і венткамера.На вході, виході до ПРУ передбачені тамбур-шлюзи однокамерні.Конструктивна схема відповідає об`ємно-планувальним рішенням з урахуванням категорії щодо пожежної та вибухопожежної небезпеки.Конструктивна схема ПРУ &ndash; монолітний залізобетонний каркас.Плита фундаментна, елементи каркасу, зовнішні та внутрішні стіни, перекриття виконані з монолітного залізобетону кл. С25/30, армовані арматурою по ДСТУ 3760:2019.Перегородки - з керамічної цегли ДСТУ Б В.2.7-61:2008 на цементно-піщаному розчині з армуванням по висоті та монолітні залізобетонні з бетону кл. С25/30.Внутрішні дверні блоки &ndash; протипожежні та алюмінієві, залежно від призначення приміщень.За відносну позначку 0,000 прийнятий рівень чистої підлоги основних приміщень ПРУ.Внутрішнє опорядження приміщеньСтеля &ndash; інтер'єрна акрилова матова фарба в 2 шари по підготовленій поверхні.Стіни &ndash; інтер'єрна акрилова матова фарба в 2 шари, по підготовленій поверхні.Підлоги &ndash; епоксидне покриття для підлог в 2 шари, фарба акрил-уретанова по підготовленій поверхні (в залежності від призначення приміщень). Зовнішнє опорядження стін вентиляційних шахт, фасадних стін входу, виходу &ndash; фарба силіконова фасадна по попередньо підготовленій поверхні.
Інженерне забезпечення
Опалення. Для підтримання заданої температури в приміщеннях ПРУ, робочим проектом&nbsp;&nbsp;передбачено встановлення електрообігрівачів настінного кріплення з вбудованими термостата-ми &laquo;Термія&raquo; серія &laquo;Оптіма&raquo;. Для приміщень з вологим режимом застосовуються електроконвектори бризкозахищені "Термія".
Вентиляція. Робочим проектом передбачається влаштування системи загальнообмінної припливно-витяжної вентиляції з механічним спонуканням для приміщень ПРУ - системи П1, В1, П2, В2 в режимі &laquo;чистої вентиляції&raquo;. Припливні&nbsp;&nbsp;системи&nbsp;&nbsp;П1 та П2 обладнані&nbsp;&nbsp;протипиловими фільтрами (фільтр касетний&nbsp;&nbsp;G4&nbsp;&nbsp;Ф315). Забір та викид повітря для вентиляційних систем виконується ззовні, через окремі вентиляційні шахти. В холодний період року для систем П1, П2 передбачено нагрів зовнішнього повітря.
Водопровід. Підключення системи холодного господарсько-питного водопостачання В1 виконується від існуючого водопроводу, прокладеного в підвальному приміщенні ліцею. Проектована зовнішня мережа водопостачання проектується самостійною трасою довжиною в плані 37,2 м з поліетиленової труби. Передбачається розміщувати аварійний запас питної води в ємності 1900 л. Гаряче водопостачання передбачене автономне від електричних накопичувальних водонагрівачів.
Каналізація. Відведення стоків системи каналізації передбачено через випуск К1 в проектовані зовнішні мережі каналізації. Відведення стоків господарсько-побутової каналізації будівлі ПРУ виконується двома мережами: основною та аварійною К1 та К1.1. Основна мережа проектується самопливною ділянкою К1н (довжина в плані 31,8 м) та самоплинною ділянкою К1 (довжина в плані 4 м) до проектованого колодязя 1 (точка врізки в існуючу мережу самопливної каналізації ліцею). Аварійна мережа виконується самопливною мережею К1.1 (довжина&nbsp;&nbsp;в плані 23 м) до збірного проектованого колодязя.
Електротехнічні рішення. Загальна існуюча потужність ліцею не збільшиться через існуючу резервну потужність та під час використання сховища інше електрообладнання будівлі експлуатуватися не буде. Облік електроенергії - в існуючому ГРЩ. У проекті передбачено робоче і аварійне освітлення. У приміщеннях запроєктовані світильники зі світлодіодами. В приміщенні 9 &laquo;Універсальна кабіна (для МГН)&raquo; передбачене аварійне освітлення та кнопка бездротового дзвінка. Світильники евакуаційні, світлові покажчики "ВИХІД", запроектовані із вбудованими акумуляторними батареями. Управління світильниками над зовнішніми входами в ПРУ виконується за допомогою вбудованого в світильники датчика руху. Розподільчі електричні освітлювальні мережі запроєктовані проводом ПВСнгд, кабелем FLAME-X. Розділом проєкту ЕМ передбачений контур заземлення, який відповідає вимогам нормативних документів. Даним проектом передбачено облаштування приміщень захисної споруди, дротовим та бездротовим доступом до мережі ETHERNET. В якості розподільчого вузлу доступу до мережі Ethernet, проектом передбачено встановлення в приміщені 3 телекомунікаційної шафи на 6U з габаритними. Для забезпечення бездротового доступу до мережі Ethernet, в приміщені 3, встановлено точку доступу Wi-Fi.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Пожежна та техногенна безпека
Ступінь вогнестійкості будівлі&nbsp;&nbsp;укриття &ndash; II. Евакуаційні виходи відповідають будівельним нормам. За результатами розрахунків розрахунковий час евакуації людей з укриття не перевищує необхідний час евакуації, що свідчить про наступне: до моменту досягнення небезпечними чинниками пожежі критичних значень та блокування шляхів евакуації, особи, що можуть перебувати в укритті на момент виникнення ймовірної пожежі, здійснять самостійний вихід. Укриття має два розосереджених вхідних вузли та аварійний вихід. Двері евакуаційних виходів&nbsp;&nbsp;на шляхах евакуації&nbsp;&nbsp;відкриваються у напрямку виходу з приміщення укриття, та розміри відповідають нормам. Двері у фільтровентиляційну камеру, електрощитову, прийняті протипожежними. Приміщення для зберігання забрудненого вуличного одягу відділяється від приміщень для переховуваних протипожежними перегородками І типу, двері передбачені протипожежні . Для внутрішнього оздоблення приміщень ПРУ застосовані негорючі матеріали, або матеріали з показниками пожежної небезпеки не вище ніж груп Г2.Проходки крізь стіни виконати в жорстких ПВХ трубах.&nbsp; Вентилятори для систем вентиляції ПРУ передбачені з електроручним приводом. На повiтрозаборах та витяжних пристроях ПРУ&nbsp;&nbsp;установки встановлюються&nbsp;&nbsp;проти-вибухові&nbsp;&nbsp;пристрої&nbsp;&nbsp;для сховищ цивільного захисту.&nbsp; У&nbsp;&nbsp;проекті&nbsp;&nbsp;закладена кабельно-провідникова&nbsp;&nbsp;продукція, що не&nbsp;&nbsp;поширює горіння. Приміщення забезпечується&nbsp;&nbsp;первинними засобами пожежогасіння. Внутрішнє пожежогасіння забезпечується від&nbsp;&nbsp;пожежних кранів. Зовнішнє пожежогасіння запроектовано від існуючих пожежних гідрантів.В якості технічних засобів виявлення пожежі в приміщеннях, що захищаються, застосовані димові, теплові та ручні&nbsp;&nbsp;пожежні сповіщувачі встановлені в приміщеннях та на шляхах евакуації і виходах з будівлі. Запроектована система оповіщення людей про пожежу типу- СО3&nbsp;&nbsp;яка передбачає встановлення оповіщувачів світлозвукових "ВИХІД", оповіщувачів&nbsp;&nbsp;світлозвукових "Пожежа". Система оповіщення про пожежу вмикається автоматично від сигналу про пожежу, який формується автоматичною системою пожежної сигналізації. Тривожне сповіщення від спрацювання пожежної сигналізації передається на пульт централізованого спостереження за допомогою МЦА &ndash; GSM по GSM-каналу.
