The relative elevation of 0.000 of the protective structure (PRU) is the elevation of the clean floor of the premises, which corresponds to the absolute elevation of 127.10. Відповідно до вимог статті 32 Кодексу цивільного захисту України та Порядку створення,&nbsp;утримання фонду захисних споруд цивільного захисту, виключення таких споруд із фонду та&nbsp;ведення його обліку, який затверджено постановою Кабінету Міністрів України&nbsp;від 10 березня 2017 року № 138, повинно бути передбачено укриття учасників освітнього процесу&nbsp;у завчасно створених спорудах цивільного захисту (спорудах подвійного призначення) із&nbsp;захисними властивостями протирадіаційних укриттів, або у поруч розташованих захисних спорудах цивільного захисту (спорудах подвійного призначення) із захисними властивостями&nbsp;протирадіаційних укриттів. Згідно інформації, наданої керівництвом КУ Сумської&nbsp;ЗОШ №5, кількість дітей - 160 осіб, кількість персоналу - 40 осіб. Протирадиаційне укриття&nbsp;розраховане на 200 місць. Група укриття - П-1. У відповідності до "Вимог щодо утримання та експлуатації захисних споруд цивільного захисту"&nbsp;для забезпечення вільного користування сховищем особами з інвалідністю та іншими&nbsp;маломобільними групами населення обидва входи обладнуються підйомниками вертикальними&nbsp;(висота підйому до 3000мм, виробник Форстор Індастрі). Захисна споруда забезпечується обладнанням, яке дає можливість безперервного перебування&nbsp;в ній не менше ніж 48 годин та запроектована з двома евакуаційними виходами. За відносну відмітку 0.000 захисної споруди (ПРУ) прийнято відмітку чистої підлоги приміщень, що&nbsp;відповідає абсолютній відмітці 127.10. Рівень землі на вході - на відм. 129.80.
