<p>Currently, the community, including the village of Solonka, does not have a centralized domestic sewage system - it is under construction. Some households in the villages have local sewage networks with wastewater discharge into cesspools, less often into local treatment plants. There are 2,284 households in the village of Solonka, of which only approximately 620 (less than 28%) are provided with centralized sewage. Accordingly, 1,664 households remain with an unresolved problem. In 2021, work began on the construction of sewage networks in the village. Solonka, namely, networks were laid on the object &quot;Construction of sewerage networks in the village of Solonka, Pustomyty district, Lviv region&quot; with a length of 4.38 km out of 32.482 km. One of the problems facing the Solonka community is also the lack of the necessary capacity of treatment facilities in the village of Solonka (construction work is ongoing, funded by the Interreg NEXT Poland - Ukraine 2021-2027 Program), as a result of which wastewater flows directly (without treatment) into rivers or groundwater. The Kovyr River and the Malechkovycha River originate in the village, which flows into the Shchyrets River (Lake Navaria), a left tributary of the Dniester. Wastewater pollution poses a serious environmental problem and a threat to the lives of not only the residents of the village of Solonka, but also residents of the territories adjacent to the basins of these rivers. The discharge of untreated wastewater leads to degradation of rivers – their silting increases, self-renewal processes slow down. The operation of cesspools with removal by a septic tank to treatment facilities is quite expensive for the population (in contrast to the cost of drainage services through sewer networks). Therefore, wastewater is not removed by residents in a timely manner and comes to the surface, polluting the environment. Pollution of surface water significantly affects the quality of groundwater, which is actively used for the needs of the territory. Another important factor in the need to implement this project is the significant increase in water consumption in the community, and therefore the increase in the amount of sewage effluent, which is due to the rapid development of the infrastructure of settlements. Today, it is economically unprofitable for the population to operate cesspools, since the cost of services for removal of one m3 of wastewater by a septic tank to treatment facilities is twenty times higher than the cost of drainage through sewer networks. And therefore, the sewage is not removed in a timely manner and comes to the surface, polluting the environment. Separate individual drainage systems (septic tanks), which residents built on the plots of their houses, turned out to be ineffective. The existing environmental problem of pollution of the territory can be solved by building a centralized drainage system for domestic wastewater. That is why the implementation of this project is extremely relevant. Sewerage networks are designed from double-layer E2-K corrugated pipes for non-pressure pipelines with a nominal diameter of 200mm, 300mm SN 8 according to DSTU B.V.2.5-32:2007. Inspection wells are adopted according to typical materials for design 902-09-22-84. A transition is provided under the highway using the horizontal drilling method. The foundations for pipelines and requirements for backfilling are developed according to the instructions of DSTU -N B A.2.5-40:2009. The well mouths are covered with heavy-duty manholes on the roadway.</p>

<p>На даний час в громаді, у тому числі у с.Солонка система централізованої господарсько-побутової каналізації відсутня - на етапі будівництва. Частина домогосподарств сіл мають локальні каналізаційні мережі з скидом стічних вод у вигреби, рідше в локальні очисні споруди. На території с.Солонка 2 284 домогосподарств, з яких лише орієнтовно 620 (менше 28%) забезпечено централізованим каналізуванням. Відповідно 1 664 домогосподарств залишаються із невирішеною проблемою. У 2021 році розпочато роботи з будівництва каналізаційних мереж у с. Солонка, а саме прокладено мережі по об&rsquo;єкту &laquo;Будівництво каналізаційних мереж в с.Солонка Пустомитівського району Львівської області" протяжністю - &nbsp;4,38 км із 32,482 км.Однією з проблем, яка постала перед Солонківською громадою є також відсутність потрібної потужності очисних споруд у с.Солонка (тривають роботи з будівництва, що фінансується Програмою Interreg NEXT Польща &ndash; Україна 2021-2027), внаслідок чого стічні води потрапляють безпосередньо (без очищення) в річки або ґрунтові води. У селі бере початок річка Ковир та річка Малечковича, що впадає в річку Щирець (озеро Наварія), ліву притоку Дністра. Забруднення стічних вод ставить серйозну екологічну проблему та загрозу життю не лише жителів с.Солонка, а й жителів прилеглих до басейнів цих річок територій. Скидання не очищених стічних вод приводить до деградації річок &ndash; посилюється їх замулення, повільнішають процеси самовідновлення. Населенню досить коштовно обходиться експлуатація вигрібних ям із вивезенням асенізаційною машиною на очисні споруди (на відміну від вартості послуг водовідведення каналізаційними мережами). А тому стоки не вивозяться мешканцями своєчасно та виходять на поверхню, забруднюючи навколишнє середовище. Забруднення поверхневих вод значною мірою впливає на якість підземних вод, які активно використовуються для потреб території. Також важливим чинником необхідності реалізації даного проєкту є значне зростання споживання води на території громади, а отже і збільшення кількості каналізаційних стоків, що зумовлене стрімкою розбудовою інфраструктури населених пунктів. Сьогодні населенню економічно невигідно експлуатувати вигрібні ями, так як вартість послуг із вивезення асенізаційною машиною одного м3 стоків на очисні споруди у два десятка разів перевищує вартість водовідведення каналізаційними мережами. А тому стоки не вивозяться своєчасно та виходять на поверхню, забруднюючи середовище. Окремі індивідуальні системи водовідведення (септики), які жителі побудували на ділянках своїх будинків, виявилися неефективними. Існуючу екологічну проблему забруднення території можна вирішити, побудувавши систему централізованого водовідведення побутових стоків. Саме тому реалізація даного проєкту є надзвичайно актуальною.Каналізаційні мережі запроєктовані з труб двошарових Е2-К гофрованих для безнапірних трубопроводів номінальним діаметром 200мм,300мм SN 8 згідно ДСТУ Б.В.2.5-32:2007. Оглядові колодязі прийняті згідно типових матеріалів для проєктування 902-09-22-84. Під автомобільною дорогою передбачено перехід методом горизонтального буріння. Основи під трубопроводи і вимоги до зворотної засипки розроблено згідно вказівок ДСТУ &ndash;Н Б А.2.5-40:2009. Горловини колодязів перекриваються люками важкого типу на проїжджій частині.</p>
