<p>Shirokiv Lyceum No. 1 of the Shirokiv Settlement Council was built in 1966. Currently, 591 students study at the lyceum (education takes place in a mixed format). During the existence of the educational institution, capital repairs were not carried out in the food block and in the dining hall, only current repairs were carried out. As a result, the school canteen ended up in a neglected state (a large hall where children eat lunch, a kitchen workshop, technical and storage rooms) in need of significant renovation and modern modernization, including technological equipment. The Shirokiv settlement council, as the founder of the institution, does not have the opportunity to carry out capital repairs at the expense of the local budget due to the presence of an annual insecurity due to estimated allocations of protected expenses of general secondary education institutions. The main goal of the project will be the comprehensive restoration and modernization of the canteen (food unit), which includes the replacement of all communications, technological equipment, repair of the dining hall, re-planning of the premises of the food unit for the correct arrangement of each technological zone in order to prevent the crossing of flows in food preparation processes, which will ensure compliance with the principles of the analysis system dangerous factors and control at critical points in accordance with the HACCP system.</p>

<p>Широківський ліцей № 1 Широківської селищної ради був побудований у 1966 році. На теперішній час у ліцеї навчаються 591 учень (навчання відбувається у змішаному форматі). За час існування навчального закладу капітальний ремонт у харчоблоці та в залі для прийняття їжі не виконувався, проводилися лише поточні ремонти. В результаті шкільна їдальня опинилася у занедбаному стані (велика зала, де обідають діти, кухонний цех, технічні та складські приміщення) потребує суттєвого оновлення та сучасної модернізації в тому числі й технологічного облаштування. Широківська селищна рада, як засновник закладу, не має можливості провести капітальний ремонт за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету через наявність річної незабезпеченості кошторисними призначеннями захищених видатків закладів загальної середньої освіти. Основною метою проєкту стане комплексне відновлення та модернізація їдальні (харчоблоку), що включає заміну усіх комунікацій, технологічного обладнання, ремонту обідньої зали, перепланування приміщень харчоблоку для правильного облаштування кожної технологічної зони задля недопущення перехрещення потоків у процесів приготування їжі, що забезпечить дотримання принципів системи аналізу небезпечних факторів та контролю у критичних точках відповідно до системи НАССР.</p>
