The reconstruction will allow the building to be expanded to two floors, creating 48 modern workplaces for high-quality service to the population. Renovation of premises and optimization of areas will significantly increase the speed and efficiency of administrative services. The project guarantees full inclusivity by installing ramps, tactile tiles and arranging a universal bathroom. The safety of citizens will be ensured by a modern addressable fire alarm system and a video surveillance system. A shelter will be equipped, which is a critical need for protecting life in emergency conditions. As a result, the community will receive a safe and technological center that meets service standards. The Dalnytsia Village Council reconstruction project involves the complete restoration of the administrative building, which is currently in unsatisfactory technical condition. The building, built in 1969, has defects in the main structures that do not meet modern safety and reliability standards. Due to many years of roof leaks, the rafter system is partially damaged by rot, and the walls have pronounced traces of leakage. The condition of the foundation is complicated by high soil moisture due to an emergency cesspool nearby, which creates risks for the stability of the facility. The lack of basic amenities, in particular the use of a street toilet instead of modern sanitary areas, is unacceptable for an institution of this level.

Реконструкція дозволить розширити будівлю до двох поверхів, створивши 48 сучасних робочих місць для якісного обслуговування населення. Оновлення приміщень та оптимізація площ дадуть змогу значно підвищити швидкість та ефективність надання адміністративних послуг. Проєкт гарантує повну інклюзивність за рахунок встановлення пандусів, тактильної плитки та облаштування універсального санвузла. Безпеку громадян забезпечуватимуть сучасна адресна пожежна сигналізація та система відеоспостереження. Буде облаштовано укриття, що є критичною потребою для захисту життя в екстрених умовах. У результаті громада отримає безпечний і технологічний центр, який відповідає стандартам сервісу.
Проєкт реконструкції Дальницької сільської ради передбачає повне відновлення адміністративної будівлі, яка наразі перебуває у незадовільному технічному стані. Споруда 1969 року побудови має дефекти основних конструкцій, що не відповідають сучасним нормам безпеки та надійності. Через багаторічне протікання даху кроквяна система частково пошкоджена гниттям, а стіни мають виражені сліди затікання. Стан фундаменту ускладнюється високою вологістю ґрунтів через аварійну вигрібну яму поруч, що створює ризики для стійкості об&rsquo;єкта. Відсутність базових зручностей, зокрема використання вуличного туалету замість сучасних санітарних зон, є неприпустимим для установи такого рівня.
