Creating a barrier-free route is the process of planning, designing and arranging a route that can be used comfortably and without obstacles by all people - in particular, people with disabilities, the elderly, parents with strollers, children, etc. In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 08/20/2025 &quot;1007 &quot;Some issues of creating barrier-free routes in settlements&quot;, a barrier-free public transport route was determined, which includes objects that require reconstruction. The importance and necessity of this project is as follows:<ol><li> ensuring equal access to infrastructure and services: barrier-free space allows all citizens, including people with disabilities, the elderly, and parents with strollers, to use public buildings, transport, and other infrastructure facilities without hindrance;</li><li> improving the quality of life: creating an accessible environment promotes the active participation of all community members in social, cultural and economic life, which increases the overall level of well-being and life satisfaction;</li><li> promoting social integration: a barrier-free environment removes obstacles that may prevent certain groups of the population from fully participating in community life, thereby promoting social cohesion and mutual understanding;</li><li> Increasing economic attractiveness: accessible infrastructure makes a community more attractive to tourists, investors, and new residents, which can stimulate economic development and growth.</li></ol>

Створення безбар'єрного маршруту - це процес планування, проєктування та облаштування шляху пересування, яким можуть комфортно та безперешкодно користуватися всі люди - зокрема люди з інвалідністю, люди похилого віку, батьки з дитячими візками, діти тощо. Відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 20.08.2025 "1007 "Деякі питання створення безбар'єрних маршрутів у населених пунктах" був визначений безбар'єрний маршрут громадського транспорту, в який входять об'єкти, які потребують реконтрукцій.
Важливість та необхідність цього проекту полягає у наступному:&nbsp; &nbsp;

<li>&nbsp; забезпеченні рівного доступу до інфраструктури та послуг: безбар&rsquo;єрний простір дозволяє всім громадянам, включаючи людей з інвалідністю, літніх людей, батьків з дитячими візками, безперешкодно користуватися громадськими будівлями, транспортом та іншими об&rsquo;єктами інфраструктури; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;підвищенні якості життя: створення доступного середовища сприяє активній участі всіх членів громади у соціальному, культурному та економічному житті, що підвищує загальний рівень добробуту та задоволеності життям;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;сприянні соціальній інтеграції: безбар&rsquo;єрне середовище усуває перешкоди, які можуть заважати окремим групам населення брати повноцінну участь у житті громади, тим самим сприяючи соціальній згуртованості та взаєморозумінню;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>
<li>підвищенні економічної привабливості: доступна інфраструктура робить громаду привабливішою для туристів, інвесторів та нових мешканців, що може стимулювати економічний розвиток та зростання.&nbsp;</li>
