Procurement of works in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" and the Peculiarities of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178. In accordance with part 3 of article 22 of the Law and paragraph 9 of item 3 of the Specifics, certain additional mandatory conditions are reflected in the procurement), the establishment of which is provided for in the Financial Agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank (Project "Emergency credit program for the recovery of Ukraine", hereinafter - NKPVU), ratified by the Law of Ukraine dated 04.22.2015 No. 346-VIII, and which correspond to the EIB Procurement Guidelines.
