Договір № 35/25 про закупівлю за державні кошти від 22 грудня 2025 року

The class of consequences (liability) of the object is CC2. The aggregate indicator is CC2. The working project provides for the construction of a new protective structure - a radiation shelter (RS) for school No. 30. The shelter&#39;s capacity is 200 people. The designed structure is underground (with a depth of 2.2-2.3 m from the ground surface), monolithic reinforced concrete with soil embankment, rectangular in plan, with dimensions in axes 1-7, A-L 26.35×35.3 m, with a room height of 2.7 m. The structure is designed with a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, with diaphragm walls 300 mm and 350 mm thick serving as stiffening elements. The building is designed with two emergency exits and an emergency exit through a vertical shaft. Design decisions were made based on the results of calculations to test the enclosing structures for the effects of shock waves and protection against damage from penetrating radiation. The enclosing structures, according to the detailed design, will provide a degree of attenuation of penetrating radiation from external radiation that corresponds to the specified protection coefficient Kz-1000. The design solutions provide for the arrangement of main shelter rooms, rooms for dirty clothes, food storage, water storage tanks, a diesel power plant, an electrical panel, a ventilation room, bathrooms, auxiliary rooms, a sanitary post, and vestibule-gates. The working draft provides for: - installation of a retaining wall; - installation of shelter enclosing structures underground in a prepared pit; - installation of smoke extraction shafts; - arrangement of a shaft for an elevator hoist; - arrangement of entrances to the shelter; - installation of door blocks; - installation of interior walls and partitions; - decoration of walls, ceilings and floors; - laying of external power supply networks of 0.4 kV; - arrangement of an internal power supply network with installation of electrical equipment; - equipping shelter premises with a supply and exhaust ventilation system with the installation of equipment; - laying of an external water supply network; - laying internal water supply and sewage pipelines, installation of plumbing fixtures in bathrooms; - installation of water storage tanks, an emergency tank for household wastewater, a pump with a sump for pumping out emergency water; - installation of a sewage pumping station; - installation of fire protection systems; - installation of a security alarm system, structured cabling network, video surveillance and access control; - communication system setup, - installation of a gasification system; - installation of an automated smoke protection system; - arrangement of bathrooms for people with disabilities and other low-mobility population groups; - ensuring access for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups using an elevator, the use of tactile and visual accessibility elements; - blind area installation; - improvement of the territory (landscape, sidewalks).

Клас наслідків (відповідальності) об&rsquo;єкта - СС2. Сукупний показник - СС2. Робочим проектом передбачено нове будівництво захисної споруди - протирадіаційного&nbsp;укриття (ПРУ) школи № 30. Місткість укриття - 200 осіб. Запроектована споруда - підземна (із заглибленням на 2,2-2,3 м від поверхні землі), монолітна&nbsp;залізобетонна з обвалуванням ґрунтом, прямокутної форми у плані, з розмірами у вісях 1-7, А-Л 26,35&times;35,3 м, з висотою приміщень 2,7 м. Споруду запроектовано з монолітним залізобетонним каркасом, елементами жорсткості&nbsp;слугують стіни-діафрагми товщиною 300 мм та 350 мм. Споруду запроектовано з двома евакуаційними виходами і аварійним виходом через&nbsp;вертикальну шахту. Проектні рішення прийняті за результатами розрахунків для перевірки огороджувальних&nbsp;конструкцій на дію ударної хвилі та захисту від ураження проникаючої радіації. Огороджуючі конструкції, згідно робочого проекту, забезпечуватимуть ступінь послаблення&nbsp;проникаючої радіації зовнішнього випромінювання, який відповідає визначеному коефіцієнту&nbsp;захисту Кз-1000. Проектними рішеннями передбачено влаштування основних приміщень для укриття,&nbsp;приміщень для брудного одягу, зберігання продовольства, резервуарів запасу води,&nbsp;дизельної електростанції, електрощитової, вентиляційної, санвузлів, допоміжних приміщень,&nbsp;санітарного посту, тамбур-шлюзів. Робочим проектом передбачено: - влаштування підпірної стінки; - встановлення огороджуючих конструкцій укриття підземно у підготовленому котловані; - влаштування шахт димовидалення; - влаштування шахти для ліфтового підйомника; - влаштування входів до укриття; - встановлення дверних блоків; - влаштування внутрішній стін та перегородок; - опорядження стін, стель та підлог; - прокладання зовнішніх силових мереж електропостачання 0,4 кВ; - влаштування внутрішньої мережі електропостачання із встановленням електрообладнання; - обладнання приміщень укриття системою припливно-витяжної вентиляції із встановленням&nbsp;обладнання; - прокладання зовнішньої водопровідної мережі; - прокладання внутрішніх трубопроводів водопостачання та каналізації, встановлення&nbsp;сантехприладів в санвузлах; - встановлення резервуарів запасу для води, аварійного резервуару для госппобутових стоків,&nbsp;насосу з приямком для відкачування аварійних вод; - влаштування каналізаційної насосної станції; - влаштування систем протипожежного захисту; - влаштування системи охоронної сигналізації, структурованої кабельної мережі, відео&nbsp;спостереження та управління доступом; - влаштування системи зв&rsquo;язку, - влаштування системи загазованості; - влаштування автоматизованої системи протидимного захисту; - облаштування санвузлів для осіб з інвалідністю та інших маломобільних груп населення; - забезпечення доступу для осіб з інвалідністю та інших маломобільних груп населення за&nbsp;допомогою ліфтового підйомника, застосування тактильних та візуальних елементів&nbsp;доступності; - влаштування вимощення; - благоустрій території (озеленення, тротуарів).
