The project involves solving an urgent, urgent and acute problem related to the need to ensure access of residents of the village of Svoboda, Beregov district, Zakarpattia region, to high-quality drinking water suitable for consumption and meeting household needs. Previously conducted chemical and bacteriological studies of water samples in wells of local residents confirmed the fact that it is unfit for consumption. At the same time, the wells and the drinking water preparation station (its filtration and purification) available on the territory of the community have sufficient capacity to meet the needs for drinking water of the established quality and quantity in accordance with sanitary, hygienic requirements and rules. In addition, the implementation of the project takes into account the requirements for the need to provide the settlement of Svoboda with sources of external fire-fighting water supply (the designed technical solutions provide for the installation of fire hydrants). The implementation of the project will provide an opportunity to fully solve the outlined problems, in addition, the applied design solutions will create conditions for further expansion of the water supply network in other settlements of the Svobodyansk starostyn district of the Bativ settlement territorial community of the Beregov district of the Transcarpathian region, which will improve access to drinking water in the community in the long term. The project stakeholders are all residents of Svoboda village, employees and visitors of social, educational, cultural institutions, medical care institutions, local government institutions, law enforcement activities and the administrative services sector (228 households, 1848 people, 2 educational institutions, 2 cultural institutions, 1 general practice family medicine outpatient clinic, 1 administrative building, 1 law enforcement institution).&nbsp; The sustainability of the project will be ensured by the work of the communal enterprise created by the Bativ settlement territorial community, the main type of activity of which is the provision of drinking water supply and sewage services (KP "HOUSING AND COMMUNAL ECONOMY AT THE BATIV VILLAGE COUNCIL"), the enterprise has an appropriate license.&nbsp;

Проєкт передбачає вирішення нагальної, невідкладної та гострої проблеми пов&rsquo;язаної із необхідністю забезпечити доступ мешканців с.Свобода Берегівського району Закарпатської області до якісної питної води, придатної для споживання та задоволення господарсько-побутових потреб. Попередньо проведені хімічні та бактереологічні дослідження проб води в колодязях місцевих мешканців підтвердили факт її непридатності для споживання. Водночас, наявні на території громади свердловини та станція з підготовки питної води (її фільтрація та очищення) мають достатньо потужностей для забезпечення потреб у питній воді установленої якості та кількості у відповідності до санітарних, гігієнічних вимог та правил. Окрім того, реалізація проєкту враховує вимоги щодо необхідності забезпечення населеного пункту с.Свобода джерелами зовнішнього протипожежного водопостачання (запроектованими технічними рішеннями передбачається встановлення пожежних гідрантів). Реалізація проєкту надасть можливість повністю вирішити окреслені проблеми, окрім того, застосовані проєктні рішення створять умови для подальшого розширення мережі водопостачання в інших населених пунктах Свободянського старостинського округу Батівської селищної територіальної громади Берегівського району Закарпатської області, що дозволить покращити доступ до питної води у громаді на довгострокову перспективу. Стейкхолдерами проєкту є всі мешканці с.Свобода, працівники та відвідувачі соціальних, освітніх, культурних установ, закладів медичного обслуговування, установ місцевого самоврядування, правоохоронної діяльності та сектору адміністративних послуг (228 домогосподарств, 1848 осіб, 2 заклади освіти, 2 заклади культури, 1 амбулаторія загальної практики сімейної медицини, 1 адмінбудівля, 1 правоохоронний заклад).&nbsp; Сталість проєкту забезпечуватиметься роботою створеного Батівською селищною територіальною громадою комунального підприємства, основним видом діяльності якого визначено надання послуг з питного водопостачання та водовідведення (КП "ЖИТЛОВО-КОМУНАЛЬНЕ ГОСПОДАРСТВО ПРИ БАТЬОВСЬКІЙ СЕЛИЩНІЙ РАДІ" ), підприємство має відповідну ліцензію.&nbsp;
