Overhaul of individual residential buildings at the address: Kosmonavtiv Street, houses 21, 22, 26, 28, 30, 33, 35, 36, 38, 40, Vyshneva Street, houses 1, 22, Yabluneva Street, houses 5, 15, 19, 27, 31, 33, 34, Druzhby street, building, 1, Lisova street, building, 15, Yagidne village, Ivanivka territorial community, Chernihiv district, Chernihiv region Yagidne, located 15 km from Chernigov, was completely occupied by Russian troops during March 2022. The occupiers set up their headquarters in the local school, and in the basement of the school they forcibly detained almost 370 residents, including 70 children. 10 people died in these inhumane conditions. During the occupation, Russian soldiers looted, destroyed property, killed livestock and domestic animals, mined the territory, kidnapped, tortured and executed civilians. 17 civilians were killed. A total of 101 residential and 17 apartment buildings with 74 apartments were damaged or destroyed in the village of Yagidne. Housing reconstruction is a priority task. In April 2023, the Government determined the list of settlements where complex reconstruction will be carried out with the funds of the Fund for the Liquidation of the Consequences of Russian Aggression. According to the reconstruction project, the houses will not only be reconstructed, but also thermally modernized. Builders will replace or insulate facades, plinths, windows and attics. The goal of the complex reconstruction project is not only to restore everything that the occupiers destroyed, but also to create a new architectural space.

Ягідне, розташоване за 15 км від Чернігова, впродовж березня 2022 року було повністю окуповане російськими військами. У місцевій школі окупанти облаштували штаб, а у підвалі навчального закладу примусово утримували майже 370 мешканців, серед яких були 70 дітей. 10 людей померли в цих нелюдських умовах.Під час окупації російські солдати займалися мародерством, знищували майно, вбивали худобу та хатніх тварин, мінували територію, викрадали, катували та страчували мирних жителів. Вбили 17 цивільних. Усього в селі Ягідне було пошкоджено або зруйновано 101 житловий і 17 багатоквартирних будинків на 74 квартири.
Відбудова житла &ndash; першочергове завдання. У квітні 2023 року Уряд визначив перелік населених пунктів, де за кошти фонду ліквідації наслідків російської агресії буде проведена комплексна відбудова.&nbsp;
Відповідно до проєкту відбудови, будинки будуть не лише реконструйовані, а й термомодернізовані. Будівельники замінять або утеплять фасади, цоколі, вікна та горища. Мета проєкту з комплексної відбудови &ndash; не лише відновити все, що знищили окупанти, а й створити новий архітектурний простір.
