Козинця, 74Б, с.Спаське, Дніпропетровська область, Дніпровський район"

Due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, an urgent issue has arisen regarding the creation of safe conditions for the implementation of the educational process for educational institutions. Therefore, this project provides for the construction of an underground civil defense protective structure (shelter) with protective and anti-radiation properties for participants in the educational process, in the amount of 430 people. In accordance with the requirements of the Civil Defense Code of Ukraine, the structure will ensure a safe, high-quality in-person educational process at the Spassky Lyceum in the event of emergencies, missile attacks, and nuclear danger. The class of consequences of the designed facility is SS2 according to DSTU 8855:2019 &quot;Buildings and structures. Determination of the class of consequences (liability)&quot;. To ensure the protection of life and health of persons who will be sheltered in this shelter, the detailed design has designed an underground monolithic reinforced concrete structure with two entrances-exits with protective-hermetic doors, a ventilation system, heating, video surveillance, Internet access and a fire protection system. The capacity of the protective structure - shelter is determined as the sum of places for sitting (on the first tier) and lying (on the second tier), as well as taking into account the needs for conducting the educational process, according to current regulations. The premises of the protective structure - shelter include: rooms for those sheltered, an electrical panel, a heating station, ventilation chambers, sanitary facilities (men&#39;s, women&#39;s and for people with reduced mobility), rooms for storing contaminated clothing, walk-through showers, a changing room, rooms with equipment for maintaining normal food temperature, a drinking regime with a buffet, a medical station and other auxiliary premises. For backup power supply - a separate diesel.

Через військову агресію Російської Федерації проти України та Українського народу постало невідкладне питання щодо створення безпечних умов реалізації освітнього процесу для закладів освіти. 
Тому цим проєктом передбачено&nbsp;будівництво підземної захисної споруди цивільного захисту (укриття) із захисними та протирадіаційними властивостями для учасників освітнього процесу, у кількості 430 осіб. Відповідно до вимог Кодексу цивільного захисту України, споруда забезпечуватиме безпечний, якісний очний навчальний процес у Спаському ліцеї на випадок надзвичайних ситуації, ракетних атак та ядерної небезпеки.
Клас наслідків проектуємого обʼєкту - СС2 згідно ДСТУ 8855:2019 &laquo;Будівлі та споруди. Визначення класу наслідків (відповідальності)&raquo;.
Для забезпечення захисту життя та здоров'я осіб, які будуть переховуватися в даному укритті, робочим проєктом запроектовано підземну монолітну залізобетонну споруду з двома входами-виходами із захисно-герметичними дверима, системою вентиляції, опалення, відеоспостереження, доступу до Інтернету та протипожежною системою. Місткість захисної споруди - укриття визначена як сума місць для сидіння (на першому ярусі) та лежання (на другому ярусі), а також з врахуванням потреб для проведення освітнього процесу, згідно діючих норм. В складі приміщень захисної споруди-укриття передбачається: приміщення для переховуваних, електрощитова, теплопункт, вентиляційні камери, санітарні вузли (чоловічий, жіночий та для маломобільних осіб), приміщення для зберігання забрудненого одягу, прохідні душові, роздягальня, приміщення з обладнанням для підтримки нормальної температури їжі, питного режиму з буфетом, медичний пункт та інші допоміжні приміщення. Для резервного електропостачання - окремо стояча дизельна.
