<p>Since the beginning of the de-occupation of Heron, the city has been under constant shelling. Due to the immediate proximity to the contact line, the terrorist state is shelling the Kherson urban territorial community, almost all educational institutions have been damaged. The dense construction of secondary schools is suffering, and one can only dream about children&#39;s offline education. At the same time, there are about 4.5 thousand school-aged children in the city, so the demand for the restoration of offline education, as well as the issue of the safety of education seekers, became a powerful impetus for the development of projects of underground educational institutions. First of all, it is an anti-radiation shelter that will be built and equipped under the educational space. It will meet the requirements of the State Emergency Service for appropriate shelters in educational institutions and all requirements for the arrangement of classrooms. The shelter will have autonomous heating, electric power, and an exhaust and suction ventilation system. Also, the shelter will be equipped with modern furniture and educational equipment according to the standards of the new Ukrainian school. The training is planned to cover 450 people, including the employees of the institution. The facility will be located in the safest neighborhood of the city, which is as far away from the contact line as possible. Children from the nearest three schools will be included in the educational process, children from other neighborhoods can also join the educational process, if their parents wish to do so. The area of the institution will be 1298.17 m2, which will be divided into different functional zones: educational, sports, recreational, economic, etc. Special attention is paid to students with special educational needs and citizens with reduced mobility. The institution will be equipped with lifting mechanisms, handrails, and toilet rooms taking into account all norms for free use of the institution&#39;s infrastructure. Pedestrian zones with contrasting relief lines will be arranged for visitors with visual impairments in the premises of the facility. Led lamps are used to illuminate the room, some of which will be equipped with rechargeable batteries, so that in the event of a power outage the school will have light. Ensuring the maximum possible safety of every child and every education worker is a priority for all of us.</p>

<p>Від початку деокупації Херона місто перебуває під постійними обстрілами. Через безпосередню близкість до лінії зіткнення держава терорист обстрілює Херсонську міську територіальну громаду, пошкоджено майже всі заклади освіти. Страждає щільна забудова середністя, а про офлайнове навчання дітей можна тільки мріяти. Водночас в місті постійно перебуває близько 4,5 тисяч дітей шкільного віку, отже попит на відновлення офлайн освіти, а також питання безпеки здобувачів освіти стали потужним поштовхом до розробки проєктів підземних закладів освіти. Перш за все, це протирадіаційне укриття, яке буде побудовано та облаштовано під освітній простір. Воно відповідатиме вимогам ДСНС до відповідних укриттів в закладаї освіти та всім вимогам до облаштування навчальних кабінетів. Укриття матиме автономне опалення, електричне живлення, витяжно-притяжну вентиляційну систему. Також, укриття облаштовуватиметься сучасними меблями та навчальним обладнанням згідно стандартів нової української школи. Навчанням планується охопити 450 осіб, враховуючи працівників закладу. Заклад розташовуватиметься в найбільш безпечному мікрорайоні міста, який максимально віддалений від лінії зіткнення. Освітнім процесом будуть охоплені діти з найближчих трьої шкіл, діти з інших мікрорайонів також можуть долучатися до навчального процесу, в разі виявлення бажання батьків. Площа закладу складатиме 1298,17 м2, яку буде розділено на різні функціональні зони: навчальну, спортивну, відпочинкову, господарську, тощо. Окрему увагу приділено учням з особливими освітніми потребами та маломобільним громадянам. Заклад буде облаштований підйомними механізмами, поручнями, туалетними кімнатами із врахування усіх норм для вільного користування інфраструктурою закладу. Для відвідувачів із порушенням зору буде облаштовано пішохідні зони в приміщеннх закладу з контрастно рельєфними лініями. Для освтлення приміщення використовуються Led-світильники, деяки з яких будуть оснащені акумуляторними батареями, щоб у разі знеструмлення у школі було світло. Пріоритетом для всіх нас є забезпечення максимально можливої безпеки кожної дитини та кожного працівника освіти.</p>
