<p>The school territorial community has 12 institutions of general secondary education and 1 institution of primary education. These are more than 2,000 education seekers. The importance of proper nutrition for the optimal development of children is an extremely important aspect in their lives. In our community, only preferential categories of students are provided with hot meals, and this is only in four educational institutions (about 15% of the total number of students in the network). It is worth noting that the overhaul of the food blocks of these institutions was carried out a long time ago, so it is not worth counting on the availability of modern technological equipment, compliance with all sanitary and hygienic standards and safety and comfort. III degrees No. 3 of the Skolivska City Council and the creation of a support kitchen, on the basis of which raw materials will be obtained, processing, cooking and delivery of finished products will be carried out to educational institutions-recipients of the service will provide an opportunity to organize hot meals for all participants of the educational process in all educational institutions without exception I-III degrees of our community. As of today, the Skolivsk general secondary education institution of I-III degrees No. 3 of the Skoliv city council has a food block with an area of 72.4 square meters. m. and a dining hall with an area of 82.3 square meters. m., which is not enough for the implementation of the support kitchen project, therefore the project provides for the involvement of additional premises, their re-equipment with appropriate zoning, namely: a storage area, a procurement area, a service-domestic area, a main cooking area, a washing area and storage of dining and kitchen utensils, zone for dispensing ready-made meals, a zone for washing hands and a service-domestic zone for staff. The equipment also needs modernization, so the project involves the purchase of not only comfortable tables and chairs for the dining room, but also a 20-level convection oven, a 150-liter thermal cooking system for cooking, frying, and stewing, a refrigerator and freezer, and a cart for safe removal products being prepared and their transportation in containers for delivery to other educational institutions. A vehicle for transportation of finished products is available and is on the balance sheet of the department of education, training and sports of the Skolivska city council. Important attention was also paid to the barrier-free nature of the project, namely, ramps for entering the building and the dining hall, washrooms for people with limited mobility are provided. The implementation of this project will provide an opportunity not only to change the food system - from technological processes, the approach to food services and equipping food blocks to the behavioral aspects of social perception and understanding of healthy eating and healthy eating habits, but will also help reduce social inequality, because all children, regardless of the financial status of their families, will have access to quality food, which provides equal opportunities for all students in the community. Also, the relevance of the project is to optimize the consumption of energy resources thanks to the use of energy-efficient equipment. And the creation of a modern area for eating, resting and comfort in the school cafeteria; the use of advanced technologies in the preparation process, which is aimed at preserving vitamins and minerals in food products, will contribute to the formation of students&#39; understanding of healthy nutrition and healthy eating habits. Summarizing, we can conclude that the presence of at least one modernized food block that meets sanitary standards and requirements will become an important step for improving the quality of education and ensuring the healthy development of the young generation in the future.</p>

<p>Сколівська територіальна громада налічує 12 закладів загальної середньої освіти та 1 заклад початкової освіти. Це понад 2000 здобувачів освіти. Важливість правильного харчування для оптимального розвитку дітей є надзвичайно важливим аспектом в їхньому житті.у нашій громаді гарячим харчуванням забезпечені лише пільгові категорії учнів і це лише в чотирьох закладах освіти (близько 15% від загальної кількості учнів по мережі). Варто зауважити, що капітальний ремонт харчоблоків цих закладів проводився вже дуже давно, відтак розраховувати на наявність сучасного технологічного обладнання, дотримання всіх санітарно-гігієнічних норм та безпеку і комфорт, не варто.Тож, рішення щодо капітального ремонту &nbsp;харчоблоку &nbsp;Сколівського закладу загальної середньої освіти І-ІІІ ступенів №3 Сколівської міської ради та створення опорної кухні, на базі якої буде здійснено отримання сировини, обробка, приготування їжі та доставка &nbsp;готової продукції &nbsp;до закладів освіти-отримувачів послуги дасть можливість організувати гаряче харчування для всіх без винятку учасників освітнього процесу у всіх закладах освіти І-ІІІ ступенів нашої громади.Станом на сьогодні у Сколівському закладі загальної середньої освіти І-ІІІ ступенів №3 Сколівської міської ради є харчоблок площею 72,4 кв. м. та обідня зала площею 82,3 кв. м., чого недостатньо для реалізації проєкту опорної кухні, відтак проєктом передбачено залучення додаткових приміщень, іх переоснащення з відповідним зонуванням, а саме: зоною зберігання, заготівельною зоною, службово-побутовою, зоною основного приготування, зоною миття та зберігання столового та кухонного інвентарю, зоною видачі готових страв, зоною миття рук та службовою-побутовою зоною для персоналу. Також модернізації потребує й обладнання, тому проєктом передбачається закупівля не лише комфортних &nbsp;столів та стільців для обідньої зали, але й піч пароконвектаційна на 20 рівнів, теплова кулінарна система для варіння, смаження та тушкування на 150 літрів, холодильна та морозильна шафи, візок для безпечного виймання продуктів, які готуються та іх транспортування у контейнерах для поставки в інші заклади освіти. Транспортний засіб для перевезення готової продукції наявний і є на балансі відділу освіти, мололі та спорту Сколівської міської ради. Важливої уваги також було приділено безбар&rsquo;єрності проєкту, а саме передбачено пандуси для в&rsquo;їзду у будівлю та обідню залу, умивальники для маломобільних груп населення.Реалізація цього проекту надасть можливість не лише змінити систему харчування &ndash; від технологічних процесів, підходу до послуг харчування та обладнання харчоблоків до поведінкових аспектів ісуспільного сприйняття та розуміння здорового харчування й корисних харчових звичок, але й допоможе зменшити соціальну нерівність, адже всі діти, незалежно від фінансового стану їхніх сімей, отримають доступ до якісного харчування, що забезпечує рівні можливості для всіх учнів у громаді. Також актуальність проєкту полягає в оптимізації споживанняенергоресурсів завдяки використання енергоефективного обладнання.А створення у шкільній їдальні сучасної зони прийому їжі, відпочинку та комфорту; використання у процесі приготування передових технологій, що спрямоване на збереження вітамінів імінеральних речовин у продуктах харчування&nbsp;&nbsp;сприятиме формуванню в учняхрозуміння здорового харчування й корисних харчових звичок.Підсумовуючи, можна зробити висновок, що наявність хоча б одного сучасного &nbsp;модернізованого харчоблоку, який відповідатиме санітарним нормам та вимогам стане важливим кроком для підвищення якості освіти та забезпечення здорового розвитку молодого покоління у майбутньому.</p>
