Reconstruction of existing premises: Carrying out major repairs of existing premises to improve their condition and functionality. Installing modern heating, ventilation, electricity and water supply systems. Increasing the energy efficiency of the building through insulation of walls, floors and roofs. Building additional floors: Designing and constructing additional floors to expand the center&#39;s space. Creating new rooms for classes, rehabilitation procedures, therapy, as well as administrative and office spaces. Ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities, including installing elevators, ramps, and other adaptations. Installation of a hipped roof: Design and installation of a hipped roof to improve the aesthetic appearance of the building and increase its energy efficiency. Providing reliable waterproofing and thermal insulation, as well as the possibility of installing solar panels or other alternative energy sources. Improving the functionality of the premises: Optimization of the internal layout of the premises to ensure comfortable living and working conditions for staff and visitors. Creation of specialized premises for the physical and psychological rehabilitation of disabled children. Equipping the premises with modern rehabilitation facilities and technologies. Ensuring compliance with building and sanitary standards: Carrying out all construction work in accordance with modern building codes and standards, including safety, hygiene and environmental requirements. Ensuring comfortable and safe conditions for children with special needs. Improving the quality of rehabilitation services: Ensuring the possibility of providing a wider range of rehabilitation services through the expansion of premises and updating equipment. Creating conditions for attracting additional qualified personnel. These tasks aim to improve the center&#39;s infrastructure and working conditions, provide better services for children with disabilities, increase the building&#39;s energy efficiency, and create a comfortable and safe environment for all center users.

Реконструкція існуючих приміщень:Проведення капітального ремонту наявних приміщень для покращення їхнього стану та функціональності.Встановлення сучасних систем опалення, вентиляції, електропостачання та водопостачання.Підвищення енергоефективності будівлі через утеплення стін, підлоги та даху.
Надбудова додаткових поверхів:Проектування та зведення додаткових поверхів для розширення простору центру.Створення нових кімнат для занять, реабілітаційних процедур, терапії, а також адміністративних і службових приміщень.Забезпечення доступності для людей з обмеженими можливостями, включаючи встановлення ліфтів, пандусів, та інших пристосувань.
Влаштування шатрового даху:Проектування та встановлення шатрового даху для покращення естетичного вигляду будівлі та підвищення її енергоефективності.Забезпечення надійної гідроізоляції та теплоізоляції, а також можливість встановлення сонячних панелей або інших джерел альтернативної енергії.
Покращення функціональності приміщень:Оптимізація внутрішнього планування приміщень для забезпечення комфортних умов перебування та роботи персоналу і відвідувачів.Створення спеціалізованих приміщень для проведення фізичної та психологічної реабілітації дітей-інвалідів.Обладнання приміщень сучасними реабілітаційними засобами та технологіями.
Забезпечення відповідності будівельним і санітарним нормам:Проведення всіх будівельних робіт відповідно до сучасних будівельних норм і стандартів, включаючи безпеку, гігієну та екологічні вимоги.Забезпечення комфортних і безпечних умов для дітей з особливими потребами.
Підвищення якості надання реабілітаційних послуг:Забезпечення можливості проведення більш широкого спектру реабілітаційних послуг завдяки розширенню приміщень і оновленню обладнання.Створення умов для залучення додаткового кваліфікованого персоналу.
Ці завдання мають на меті покращити інфраструктуру та умови роботи центру, забезпечити якісніші послуги для дітей-інвалідів, підвищити енергоефективність будівлі, а також створити комфортне і безпечне середовище для всіх користувачів центру.&nbsp;
