<p>The project involves the reconstruction of the existing building of the largest preschool educational institution in the community with a capacity of 315 people. The kindergarten is located in the largest microdistrict of the village of Pisochyn, where more than 16,000 people live, most of whom are young families. According to the project, the following types of work will be performed: facade insulation, roof replacement, windows and entrance repair, and most importantly, the construction of a civil defense building from scratch and its connection with the two buildings of the kindergarten. For more than 5 years, children have not been able to fully attend the kindergarten in an offline format. The implementation of the project will provide an opportunity to organize the educational process for kindergarten students in an offline format. The protective structure will have 4 main educational premises, a medical center, a dining room, sanitary rooms and showers. The project provides for accessibility to the building for people with disabilities: an elevator, step-free access to all premises. The building is completely autonomous, as it will have 2 centralized sources of electricity, as well as a generator, which will be located inside the building. The protective structure will be connected by safe passages to the two buildings of the preschool, which will allow children to get into a safe environment without going outside.</p>

<p>Проєктом передбачено реконструкцію існуючої будівлі найбільшого у громаді закладу дошкільної освіти потужністю в 315 осіб. Садочок розташований у найбільшому мікрорайоні селища Пісочин, де мешкає більше 16000 осіб, з яких більшість -це молоді родини. Відповідно до проєкту будуть виконані наступні види робіт: утеплення фасаду, заміна покрівлі, вікон та ремонт вхідних груп, а головне &ndash; будівництво споруди цивільного захисту з нуля та з&rsquo;єднання її з двома корпусами садочку. Більше 5 років діти не могли повноцінно відвідувати садочок в офлайн форматі. Реалізація проєкту надасть можливість організувати освітній процес для вихованців садочку в офлайн форматі.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Захисна споруда буде мати 4 основних навчальних приміщення, медичний пункт, кімнату для прийняття їжі, санітарні кімнати та душові. Проєктом передбачено доступність до будівлі осіб з обмеженими фізичними можливостями: ліфт, безпорожковий доступ для всіх приміщень. Споруда є абсолютно автономною адже матиме 2 централізованих&nbsp; джерела електричного живлення, а також генератор, який буде розташований всередині будівлі. Захисна споруда буде з&rsquo;єднана безпечними переходами із двома корпусами закладу дошкільної освіти, що надасть можливість дітям потрапляти в безпечне середовище не виходячи на вулицю.</p>
