The lyceum building is three-storey. The premises of the food block and the dining room are in need of major repairs. The premises have never been repaired since the Lyceum building was commissioned. The food block is equipped with engineering networks, electricity, water supply, heating and sewage. Forced exhaust ventilation is present but not functioning properly. Technological possession is physically and morally outdated, energy-consuming. The project envisages a capital repair of the premises of the food block and canteen with replacement of equipment, replacement of engineering networks.

Будівля ліцею трьохповерхова. Приміщення харчоблоку та їдальні потребує капітального ремонту. Приміщення жодного разу не ремонтувалось з моменту введення в експлуатацію будівлі ліцею. Харчоблок обладнано інженерними мережами, електро-, водопостачання, опалення та каналізації. Примусова витяжна вентиляція наявна, але не функцірнує належним чином. Технологічне обладання фізично і морально застаріло, енерговитратне. Проєктом передбачено капітальний ремонт приміщення харчоблоку та їдальні з заміною обладнання, заміна інженерних мереж.
