Description of the project

The project involves the creation of modern science classrooms in such educational institutions as: Lyceum No. 4 - biology classroom, Lyceum No. 7 - biology classroom, Lyceum No. 12 - biology classroom, Lyceum No. 17 - biology classroom, Lyceum No. 19 - biology classroom and Lyceum named after V. Chornovol - biology, physics and geography classroom. The implementation of the project "Modern science classroom: innovations in education" is necessary to ensure high-quality, modern and practically oriented education of students. In most lyceums, the material and technical base of science classrooms is outdated and does not meet modern educational standards. The creation of updated biology, physics, and geography classrooms will allow: to introduce interactive and research-based teaching methods; to increase students' motivation to study natural sciences through practical activities; to use digital technologies and laboratory equipment to conduct experiments and projects; to ensure equal access to a modern educational environment for students of several lyceums in the city. The project will contribute to the formation of scientific thinking, the development of STEM competencies, and the improvement of the quality of natural science education in the community.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to modernize science classrooms in community lyceums to bring them into line with modern educational standards. Updating the material and technical base, introducing modern equipment and digital technologies will ensure high-quality, practice-oriented learning and create an effective educational environment for students. The goal of the project is expected to be achieved through the purchase and renovation of modern educational equipment, laboratory equipment, digital teaching aids, as well as specialized furniture for science classrooms. Equipping the classrooms with ergonomic furniture, demonstration and laboratory equipment, multimedia equipment and educational materials will ensure the creation of a functional, safe and innovative educational space. This will allow for the effective organization of the educational process, the implementation of practical and research work and the implementation of modern teaching methods.
