General information
Description of the project
Dual-purpose building, designed for 140 people. The building is monolithic reinforced concrete, recessed. Engineering and technical measures for civil protection of the construction site are designed in accordance with information dated 03/21/2024 No. 807/ITZ from the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it
The purpose of the project is to provide employees and students of the institution with means of collective protection from the effects of dangerous factors arising from emergencies, military operations, and terrorist acts.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
The main problem is the lack of proper conditions for the safe conduct of the educational process in the Loboykiv Lyceum of the Petrykivka Village Council. The simplest available shelter is designed for only 120 people, which is insufficient for 229 students, 25 teaching staff and 16 service staff.
Due to the limited capacity of the shelter, the institution is forced to conduct training in a mixed form, which negatively affects the quality of the educational process, reduces the level of knowledge acquisition and creates additional organizational difficulties.
The urgency of the problem is due to the need to ensure the safety of participants in the educational process under martial law.
The implementation of the project will allow creating a dual-purpose building with sufficient capacity, which will provide safe conditions for all participants in the educational process and will contribute to the restoration of full-fledged full-time education.
