General information

Description of the project

The project involves the construction of a new modular boiler house to ensure autonomous and uninterrupted heat supply to the administrative building at: 10-G S. Bandery St., which currently serves as a temporary residence for internally displaced persons. The need to implement the project is due to the lack of a stable source of heat supply and the inability to use or restore existing engineering networks. This creates risks for the proper functioning of the building, especially during the heating season.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Introducing innovations and energy-efficient solutions

Secondary Goal:

Improving the condition of infrastructure, Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to create an autonomous heat supply system for the administrative building at 10-G S. Bandera St. by building a modern modular boiler house, which will ensure a stable temperature regime, uninterrupted operation of the facility, increased energy efficiency, and reduced operational risks.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The existing heat supply system of the administrative building on S. Bandery St., 10-G is in critical technical condition and does not ensure the proper functioning of the facility. The heat networks are in an emergency state, characterized by a significant degree of physical wear, which leads to: frequent bursts of pipelines; significant losses of coolant; unstable heat supply; increased costs for emergency repairs; the risk of complete cessation of heat supply during the heating season. The existing infrastructure does not meet modern technical requirements, is inefficient and does not provide safe and comfortable operating conditions for the administrative building. In order to eliminate these problems and ensure stable heat supply, it is proposed to implement a project to build a new modular boiler house as an autonomous heat source. Main activities: construction of a modern modular boiler house of factory manufacture; connection to the building's internal heating systems; implementation of an automated system for controlling and regulating the thermal regime; ensuring energy-efficient and safe operation of equipment; avoiding the use of worn-out and emergency heating networks.

Demand for the service and its dynamics

What methodology was used to estimate demand?
