General information

Description of the project

A fire protection system that functions in accordance with the standards - provides a high level of safety and minimizes risks to the lives of all participants in the educational process. Fire alarm and evacuation control systems (FAEC) - this is a mandatory element of fire protection, ensuring timely communication of all participants in the educational process and coordinating their evacuation. They are integrated with fire alarms, include sound, speech or light signals, as well as automatic control of doors, elevators and smoke removal. The project provides for the installation of fire alarm and evacuation control systems in the Siletsk and Kamensk Lyceums of the Kamensk TG.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Improving the quality of services

Secondary Goal:

Improving the condition of infrastructure

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The purpose of the project is to ensure compliance with fire safety standards and ensure safe conditions for all participants in the educational process in secondary education institutions. The project provides for the installation of fire alarm and evacuation control systems (FAEC) in the Siletsk and Kamensk lyceums - this is a set of technical means (sound, speech, light indicators, control units) designed to timely inform participants in the educational process about the danger and organize their safe evacuation. In accordance with the norms of DBN V. 2.5-56:2014 (DBN V.2.5-56:2014), the installation of FAEC is mandatory for most buildings, which allows you to avoid panic and reduce the evacuation time.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Problems: currently, Kamensky and Siletsk Lyceums have fire alarms without a full warning system, which is inefficient and requires significant time to determine the point of fire outbreak, and also causes significant time loss for organizing the evacuation of students and teachers. In order to ensure high-quality fire protection and preserve the life and health of all participants in the educational process, it is necessary to install fire warning and evacuation management systems.
