Description of the project
The building subject to reconstruction is located on a land plot with a total area of 4.7035 hectares, under buildings - 20969 m. The hospital's inpatient building was built in 1983, has 5 main floors with an area of 720.52 m2, a height of 2.7 m. Today, the hospital is a multidisciplinary institution that provides both primary and secondary medical care. It is planned to reconstruct the basement with the construction of a dual-purpose hospital building, the project must provide all necessary premises and ensure compliance with current regulatory documents. All premises must be designed taking into account their purpose, their location must be logical and convenient for patients and staff.
