New construction of the medical and rehabilitation building for war veterans and internally displaced persons of the KP "Rivna Regional Hospital for War Veterans" on str. Derazhenska 39 in the village Klevan, Klevan territorial community, Rivne district, Rivne region

The specified project envisages the construction of a new building for inpatient treatment with a reception and diagnostic department and an administrative and household block. Storage rooms, technical rooms and a conference hall are designed in the basement. On the first floor, the premises of the cafeteria, reception diagnostic department and laboratory department are designed. On the second floor, there are facilities for the institution's administration, an intensive care unit with 16 beds, an inpatient unit with 22 beds, staff quarters and a transition to the existing hospital building. On the third floor, the premises of the institution's administration, an intensive care unit with 16 beds, a staff room and an operating block with 3 operating theaters are designed. Administration premises and a rehabilitation center with 5 halls are provided on the fourth floor. Engineering premises are provided on the technical floor. A helipad is also planned.

As a result of the implementation of the project, the following goals are expected to be achieved:

• opening of a modern rehabilitation center for patients with the consequences of craniocerebral and spinal injuries and diseases of various complexity;
• arrangement of a barrier-free space using a universal design
• deployment of a stem cell laboratory for the introduction of new treatment methods;
• creation of additional 63 jobs;
• involvement of institutions of higher, professional pre-higher and postgraduate education in the training of personnel in rehabilitation and implementation of the mechanism of student training
• expansion of cooperation with interested investors in the maintenance and development of the rehabilitation center under the conditions of public-private partnership
