Have a look at some updates to the DREAM functionality and new features of the ecosystem.
1. The "Financial Programs" profile has been created
A separate profile, "Financial Programs," has been added to the Menu tab on the public portal's home page. It collects all information on the distribution of subvention for the arrangement of shelters and food blocks initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
All projects created under the financial program are combined into a single pipeline, which various parameters can filter. Thus, each user of the public portal can review the selection criteria, familiarize themselves with applications and statistics, determine the list of approved projects, learn the reasons for funding refusal, etc.
The people who will benefit from the new feature are
- project initiators in the ecosystem
- public activists who monitor project implementation
- a wide range of users of the DREAM public portal.
2. Updated profiles of restoration contributors
In addition to Lithuania and Estonia, other countries whose governments are involved in financing Ukraine's recovery projects have their profiles on the DREAM Public Portal. These include the Federal Republic of Germany, the Kingdom of Denmark, and the Swiss Confederation.
The country profile collects all projects partially or fully funded by these countries and included in the DREAM ecosystem. The Funding Sources tab now allows you to specify the country that financed the project. International Development Partners, namely charitable and civil society organizations, have also been added to the list of contributors. The first organization to choose a project to fund directly through the ecosystem was the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), and its profile has been added to the list of contributors.

3. The opportunity to support a project added
A button, "Support this initiative today," has been added to the card for each project included in the DREAM ecosystem. From now on, a potential investor or expert can directly contact representatives of the community that initiated the restoration or modernization project with a proposal for cooperation through the feedback form.

4. Subscription to project updates
From now on, everyone can receive information about updates on implementing projects registered in DREAM directly by e-mail. To do this, click on the bell in the upper right corner of the project card. The details of the update can be customized using a filter system.

- partners in the restoration process
- public activists who monitor project implementation
5. The "Own Projects" tab to each community profile
From now on, you can select two separate project pipelines in the community profile:
- by geography by specifying the Codifier of administrative-territorial units and territories of territorial communities
- own projects, i.e., projects that the governing body of this community has created in the system on its own.

- a wide range of DREAM public portal users.
6. A mobile version of dream.gov.ua has been launched.
